The first floor consists of three spacious bedrooms: a double with en-suite bathroom and unrivalled views of the Serra de Tramuntana, the perfect place to reconnect with nature, another double bedroom and a triple bedroom, ideal for families. This floor also includes an additional terrace, another bathroom and a hallway with a comfortable work area, so you can combine leisure and productivity if you wish, all with incredible views.
Located in a unique setting, with easy access to activities such as hiking, cycling and nature walks or also to discover the best beaches on the island, just ten minutes' drive from the beautiful Playa de Muro,

On this floor there is also a complete bathroom, as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ideal for those who prefer to have their own private space. Finally there is a garage for one car, offering comfort and security for your vehicle.
The garden, with its refreshing swimming pool and barbecue area, is the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and create unforgettable memories.
On the first floor, there are three other bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, whilst the other two share an additional bathroom. Each bedroom is carefully decorated and equipped to guarantee a comfortable stay for all guests.
On the third floor, you will discover the games room or home office. This space features a ping-pong table and a PlayStation games console for entertainment and fun, as well as a quiet and intimate area, with cable internet connection, in case you need a space where you can work. Located at Playa de Muro, one minute walking to the see and fine sand beach, this chalet is a second home for 8 guests.

The north of Majorca is filled of dreamy beaches and Playa de Muro is one of the most beautiful ones. Nearby there are restaurants and beach bars, as well as a grocery store and the bus station. At 6 kilometres in the centre of Alcudia’s Port, there is a promenade where you can have long walks, playgrounds, many restaurants and stores. The nearest golf field is at Alcanada and the natural park S’Albufera is at 850 meters from the Chalet.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
