Beautiful and well-maintained house in the centre of Muro.
If you are looking for accommodation to spend pleasant holidays with your family and friends, in Capavila you will find the comfort and charm you are seeking.
Capacity for 5 people.
The house is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you can access the spacious terrace.
On the first floor are the bedrooms: two with double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with bathtub.
In the outdoors, you can enjoy pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. On the large outdoor barbecue, you can prepare delicious dishes for a cosy barbecue evening.
You can cool off in the 6x3 metre swimming pool, which has sunbeds prepared for you.
The house is fully air-conditioned. There is also a garage with space for 2 cars, which can be used.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Optional central heating (15.00 Eur/day)
- Electric cars plugged into the house's electrical network 100€ per week

la location laisse vraiment a desirer:
Mini cafetiere pour 2 personnes alors que la maison est pour 5, bouilloire idem.
Le robinet reste dans la main plusieurs fois.
Les casseroles sont grillées et pas tres saine pour etre utilisees

Tout comme le parasol en bas autour de la piscine. 3 transats de dispo car le 4eme est tellement rouillé qu’il est inutilisable!! Les fauteuils autour de la table sont tous devisees et en mauvais etat nous avons trouvé plusieurs cafards dans la maison au cours du sejour! Les enfants avaient peur d’y rentrer! Enormement de passage sur la route les chambres donnant sur la route nous sommes reveillés par le bruit des voitures ou camions! Aucunes explications sur le wifi ou sur les excursions a faire autour Pour le prix j’ai trouve cette location pas bonne!! Je ne relouerai pas cette maison |

Nous tenons à préciser qu'avant votre arrivée, une fête avait eu lieu dans la propriété. Nous vous avons informé que notre équipe de nettoyage avait une charge de travail inhabituellement importante pour remettre la maison en état à temps pour votre arrivée. Nous regrettons sincèrement que cela ait pu impacter votre première impression. Concernant l'équipement de cuisine, nous prenons note de vos remarques et procédons déjà au remplacement de certains éléments, tels que les casseroles et la cafetière. Le mobilier d'extérieur présente également des signes d'usure liés à la saison estivale, et nous le renouvelons progressivement au besoin. En ce qui concerne les cafards, cela peut malheureusement arriver dans les régions rurales et chaudes comme Majorque, bien que nous effectuions régulièrement des traitements antiparasitaires. Nous regrettons également le bruit provenant de la route à proximité. Nous comprenons que cela ait pu perturber votre repos et nous nous efforçons toujours d'indiquer clairement l'emplacement dans l'annonce. Enfin, nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas trouvé les informations que vous cherchiez. Nous sommes toujours disponibles via l'application Airbnb et nous ferons un plaisir de vous fournir des recommandations locales ou de vous aider avec le Wi-Fi. Wir waren zu fünft (3Kinder) und der Pool sowie das Haus haben ausreichend Platz geboten!!Die Einfahrt in die Garage ist für einen großen SUV, wie wir hatten etwas sehr eng, aber wir haben etwas abseits an der Straße geparkt und konnten den Parkkeller, dann super zum spielen (Tischtennis, Dart usw.) nutzen. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden und noch mehr! Können wir wirklich nur weiterempfehlen :)

Our recent 10 day break for 5, grandparents, son, daughter in law and granddaughter was very good. The standard of decoration and internal furnishings were excellent and roomy. The pool was enjoyed very much by all. Garage parking was handy and convenient, although challenging due to the slope and width of the entrance. Everything about the villa was very clean and we spent most days lazing and swimming in the pool. The villa is quiet (apart from the occasional barking dog) and not overlooked. The lovely beaches are about 20 mins by car and we favoured restaurants in Alcudia (they were difficult to find in Muro), which were about the same distance. We did use the BBQ several times although it could do with a better grilling frame. Small shops within walking distance but car recommended for a supermarket.Had a bird trapped in the downstairs extractor vent which was safely removed by the maintenance guy, who was extremely quick and very friendly. He even arranged a couple of extra hours to our departure time to match our flight home.

The lower bathroom has a little mould by the shower tray and could usefully be bigger. There is an abundance of glasses but only a few mugs for coffee and little plastic to use by the pool.An arrival book with instructions on how to use utilities, wi-fi code, recycling etc... in English. Cosy town house in Muro
Beautiful and well cared for house in the centre of Muro.
If you are looking for an accommodation to spend a pleasant holiday with your family and friends, in Ca Ses Nines you will find the comfort and charm you are looking for.
Capacity for 5 people.
The house is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays and a bathroom with shower. There is also a garage which can be used.
On the first floor there are the bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and another one with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is a cosy courtyard where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink with the best company. This courtyard communicates with the terrace on the first floor, where there is a barbecue area to enjoy pleasant evenings.
Air conditioning in the living-dining room and in the corridor to the bedrooms.
IMPORTANT:
