    Description

    Village house in Maria de la Salut.

    In the centre of the island, in the "Pla de Mallorca", the village of Maria de la Salut is characterized by its island character, gastronomy and its dedication to agriculture and local handicrafts. Neighbours of the well-known village of Sineu, they are only 15 km away from the famous white sandy beaches of the north of the island: Can Picafort and Alcúdia.

    The house consists of three bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor , next to a bathroom and the kitchen semi-open to the living room. In there there are two comfortable sofas, wi-fi, sat-Tv and everything you need to relax.
    Outside you will find a terraced area with hammocks, a barbecue and privacy.
    On the first floor, two more bedrooms and a bathroom, a balcony and another terrace with mountain views.

    Ideal house for a holiday with friends.

    IMPORTANT:
    - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
    - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)

    Typisch malorquinisches Stadthaus in dem wir uns 4 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt haben. + erhöhter Ortslage mit toller Sicht, schöne Sonnenuntergänge über den Bergen + urbanes Leben ohne Touris mit Restaurants in ca 1km und Supermarkt in 300m + Vermieter reagierte kurzfristig, Beanstandungen wurden teilweise schnell behoben + Parkplatz an der Strasse haben wir immer gefunden + Parkplatz für ein Motorrad im Innenhof, falls es durch eine 80er Tür passt + 3 Terrassen, unten morgens schattig - alle 3 Schlafzimmer liegen zur Strasse, Müllabfuhr mehrmals wöchentlich 23-24 Uhr, unglaublich wie die Einheimischen ab Sonnenaufgang durch die zugeparkte Strasse brettern - kein Mobiliar in den oberen beiden Schlafzimmern - sehr einfache Ausstattung des Aussenbereiches, Plastikstühle und nur unten ein Tisch, auf der obersten Terrasse gar nichts, Sonnenliegen sind Schrott - kein TV, wurde auch nach Beanstandung nicht repariert - einige Küchenutensilien fehlen +- WLAN läuft stabil aber langsam, 2Mbits +- einige Beanstandungen wurden sofort (fehlende Gläser, defekter FI) andere gar nicht behoben”

Maria de la Salut is a charming and authentic village, 20 minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia. In the center of the village, in the church square, you can participate in the daily life, have a beer in the bars or have some Mallorcan tapas. In Maria de la Salut you will find a grocery store and small stores. Big supermarkets, more restaurants and services are in Inca or Can Picafort. A car is necessary. With two different accesses, either through the main entrance or through the garden, this house offers a unique experience of tranquility and comfort. The jewel of the property is its spacious terrace, designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. Equipped with a dining area to savor delicious meals outdoors, a cozy chill-out corner to relax, hammocks for sunbathing and an umbrella that provides shade when needed. The second floor houses a solarium with panoramic views of the majestic Tramuntana Mountains, creating an exclusive space to contemplate the natural beauty that surrounds the house. The private chlorine pool is surrounded by a terrace with several sun loungers. Fun and entertainment are guaranteed with a mobile barbecue for outdoor gatherings, an outdoor shower for after a sunny day, an outdoor toilet for comfort and a foosball table for friendly challenges. The garden adds a green and serene touch to the property. Inside, the house has a fully equipped and independent kitchen. Equipped with gas stove, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and cooking utensils, the kitchen is the heart of the house for those who enjoy preparing delicious meals. In addition, a washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner are provided for convenience. The cozy living room, with comfortable sofas and fast wifi connection, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy moments in company. To maintain a comfortable temperature, an air conditioner is located in the hallway on the second floor. The house offers four cozy bedrooms, two with two single beds and two with a double bed each. Each bedroom has closets for storage and fans to ensure cool and pleasant nights. The two full bathrooms, equipped with bathtub or shower, along with an additional toilet, provide comfort for all guests. For families with small children, a crib and high chair are available upon request. To consider: As required by law, we have to ask you for copies of ID's or passports of all guests over 14 years old. We send you a link before arrival to register. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each adult. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night on, this amount is reduced by half (during high season). Parties / events are not accepted. The deposit will be held through a credit card and the client will have to provide his details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
