      Lovely stone house with pool for 6 persons near Felanitx

      This cozy stone house is located on a hill near Felanitx, the road takes us to the back of the house where the parking area is located. In the front of the house, there is a garden surrounding the pool, with a large area of grass, trees, a ping pong table and great views of Sant Salvador. Next to the pool, there are 6 sun beds and 3 umbrellas.
      We access the house through the porch where we find a table with 6 chairs and a gas barbecue, since it is forbidden to make fire in a forest area.
      The house has a large living room with stone walls, and a fully-equipped kitchen in one of the sides with oak furniture. From the living room, there is a hallway that leads to the 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, another with a double bed and one with two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with shower.
      This house is ideal for families with children or couples, the house has Satellite TV, Wi Fi and ceiling fans.

      The house is situated in the historic centre of Felanitx, an interesting cultural area between the town’s two main churches, Sant Miquel and San Agustin Convent.

      Felanitx is a small town in the southern part of Majorca. A visit to its churches is highly recommended, as well as the Mossén Cosme Bauçà museum, the Sunday markets and the medieval streets around the town hall. There are also several wine producers in the locality.

      The closest beaches to the house are Cala Marçal, Cala Sa Nau and S’Arenal de Portocolom, all these around 12 km from the house. The beach at Es Trenc, one of the most attractive and well known on the island is 20 km away.

      The property is ideal for those who love cycling and hiking as there are several routes that leave from the surrounding area. Some that stand out are the climbs to the Sant Salvador Monastery and Santueri Castle.

      In Portocolom, located just 12 km from Felanitx and one of the prettiest fishing villages on the island, you will find a large variety of restaurants and watersports, such as snorkelling, diving, sailing, jet ski and paddle surfing.
