Lovely stone house with pool for 6 persons near Felanitx
This cozy stone house is located on a hill near Felanitx, the road takes us to the back of the house where the parking area is located. In the front of the house, there is a garden surrounding the pool, with a large area of grass, trees, a ping pong table and great views of Sant Salvador. Next to the pool, there are 6 sun beds and 3 umbrellas.
We access the house through the porch where we find a table with 6 chairs and a gas barbecue, since it is forbidden to make fire in a forest area.
The house has a large living room with stone walls, and a fully-equipped kitchen in one of the sides with oak furniture. From the living room, there is a hallway that leads to the 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, another with a double bed and one with two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with shower.
This house is ideal for families with children or couples, the house has Satellite TV, Wi Fi and ceiling fans.

Eine gemütliche Finca, perfekt für zwei Personen. Ein schön angelegtes Grundstück mit einem kleinen Pool.
Wir hatten zweimal technische Schwierigkeiten, aber es hat sich jedes Mal sofort jemand gekümmert.

Das Finden der Finca gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da die Zufahrt von der Straße kaum zu sehen ist und alle paar Meter an der Straße ein kleiner Weg zu einem Haus führt. ( z.B. ca. 2,5 km von Felanitx am Ende der Leitplanke, gegenüber der Steinmausee more

Und vielleicht noch einen Hinweis geben, der Wasserdruck im Haus schwankt sehr. Wenn kein Wasser kommt, den Resetknopf an der Pumpe drücken. Das hat funktioniert, nachdem der Techniker uns das erklärt hat. |

Eine wunderschöne Finca die wirklich kaum einen Wunsch offen lässt. Perfekt für einen Pärchenurlaub oder als Honeymoon. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Leider sind die Betten, durch die Bank weg, der absolute Horror für unsere Rücken gewesen. Wir sind eigentlich Leute die immer mit den annähernd härtesten matratzen schlafen, allerdings waren diese Matratzen so hart, dass man auch gleich hätte auf desee more

Sind leider jeden Morgen mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht.
Der Verkehrslärm war leider auch etwas störend und irgendein dauerbellender Hund, der es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hatte mehrere Stunden am Tage durchzubellen. |

The house is situated in the historic centre of Felanitx, an interesting cultural area between the town’s two main churches, Sant Miquel and San Agustin Convent.
Felanitx is a small town in the southern part of Majorca. A visit to its churches is highly recommended, as well as the Mossén Cosme Bauçà museum, the Sunday markets and the medieval streets around the town hall. There are also several wine producers in the locality.
The closest beaches to the house are Cala Marçal, Cala Sa Nau and S’Arenal de Portocolom, all these around 12 km from the house. The beach at Es Trenc, one of the most attractive and well known on the island is 20 km away.
The property is ideal for those who love cycling and hiking as there are several routes that leave from the surrounding area. Some that stand out are the climbs to the Sant Salvador Monastery and Santueri Castle.
In Portocolom, located just 12 km from Felanitx and one of the prettiest fishing villages on the island, you will find a large variety of restaurants and watersports, such as snorkelling, diving, sailing, jet ski and paddle surfing.2 reviews
