Its excellent location allows you to enjoy a tranquil environment, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, the elegant Port Adriano marina and just a few minutes by car from Palma.
With capacity for 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over a habitable area of 170 m² on a plot of almost 500 m². Its practical and welcoming design makes it the perfect place for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, dining room and a fully equipped independent kitchen with a dishwasher. On the upper floor is the fourth bedroom, with two single beds and access to a sunny solarium-type terrace, ideal for relaxing or sunbathing.
The exterior of the house is designed to enjoy to the fullest: a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol, a well-maintained front garden and two terraces —one covered and one outdoors— perfect for eating, reading or simply relaxing.

El Toro or Racó de sa Fragata is located next to Port Adriano and seven kilometres from Santa Ponça. Its toponym comes from the Arabic word for door and borrows it from the nearby Illot del Toro, a rocky outcrop that served as an access point to the bay of Medina Mayurqa for Muslims, the current Palma, who dominated Mallorca until the first third of the 13th century.
The cove formed between Punta Prima and sa Punta des Carragador is home to a single beach, El Toro, a sandy beach with fine golden grain.
The fact that this beach, sheltered from the southerly wind, is located near the entrance of Port Adriano makes anchoring boats in its vicinity unusual. Nevertheless, the navigator must know that the marine and underwater conditions are optimal for anchoring on a sandy and algae bottom, at a depth ranging between three and five metres.
Road access is straightforward by following road signage. Private vehicles can be parked for free in the surrounding areas. Public transport is also an option. The bus stops near this beach.
Los Pinos has a garden with a swimming pool in the centre, in which we can refresh ourselves before or after sunbathing peacefully on the loungers or resting on the Balinese bed. The garden is a peaceful place where the little ones can play with the swing and slide, but we can also enjoy a pleasant reading under the shade of the pine trees or a barbecue that we can share on its outdoor tables while feeling the summer breeze.
Its interior will not leave us indifferent. We will find a spacious living room with a dining area and a curious television space next to the fireplace. Its kitchen is a bright space with views where we will find everything necessary to shine with our best recipes. We will also find multiple terraces and balconies in the house, from where we can enjoy the best sunrises and sunsets.
