Waking up to the sound of the waves will be the daily routine in this house for 6 guests with sea access and private pool in Colonia de Sant Pere.

Fancy a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean? Nothing could be easier than this; a wooden door gives access to the natural rocky beach and the sea. At roughly 10-15 minutes' walk away there is a natural sandy beach, where you can enjoy nature and tranquillity. If you enjoy walking, you can take an excursion to Son Serra de Marina and eat at the Sunshine Bar, where they serve Mediterranean food. In Colonia de Sant Pere, 1 km from the villa, there are several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Further north you will find Betlem and Cala Na Clara, an idyllic spot for kayaking. A 15-minute drive away is Can Picafort, where you will find supermarkets, petrol stations and many leisure options. At Rancho Grande, 10 km from the house, they offer horse riding excursions.

In the morning you can cool off in the private chlorine swimming pool or grab one of the four sun loungers and enjoy the first rays of sun. The pool is 1.8 x 3 metres in size and 1.4 metres deep and invites you to take a dip in the evening, as it is illuminated. Afterwards, a good breakfast and let's go to the beach! Upon returning home, there is nothing better than preparing a barbecue and eating on the porch with views of the pool. For this, there is a brick-built barbecue at your disposal. The porch leads to the bright living-dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite television and access to the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, kettle, pantry with washing machine and much more. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor offers two bedrooms with views of the sea or the mountains. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, whilst the second has 2 single beds. If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and a high chair upon request.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is €2.2 per night and person in high season and €0.55 per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
