The neighboring beaches Son Serra de Marina and Son Real are also ideal for a relaxing day at the beach or a historic excursion. Some shops and popular fish restaurants are located in the town of Colonia de Sant Pere. Arta offers many other attractions, especially the weekly market, which takes place every Tuesday. The area around the house is far from mass tourism, here you are closely connected to nature and the sea.       Wake up with the sound of the waves can be a dream coming true for 6 people. This amazing villa with private pool, access to the sea and ocean view is in Colonia de Sant Pere, Majorca North.

      Fancy a refreshing bath in the sea? Nothing easier than that as this house has direct access to the rocky beach and the sea. In about 10-15 minutes walking distance you’ll find a natural sand beach where you can enjoy tranquillity and nature. You can make a nice hike to Son Serra de Marina and have lunch at Sunshine Bar. The village Colonia de Sant Pere is about 1 km from the villa and provides you with several supermarkets, good restaurants and bars. A 15 minutes’ drive takes you to Can Picafort with supermarkets, gas stations and more services. Betlem and Cala Na Clara, in the Northeast, are nice for a kayak-trip. At Rancho Grande you can do horse riding; about 10 km away.

      Why not starting your day with a swim in the private pool, then take a sun lounger and enjoy the sun. The chlorine pool is 1.8 x 3 meters and has a depth ranging of 1.4 meters; also the pool has a nice lightening to enjoy a night swim. Afterwards, refill energies with a good breakfast before going to the beach. Back home, prepare a tasty barbecue and enjoy great al fresco dining with your loved ones on the poolside porch. This porch gives access to the bright living-dining room with cozy sofas, television with satellite channels and open kitchen with gas hob, coffee machine, sandwich maker, pantry featuring a washing machine and much more. There’s a double bedroom and a bath with bathtub on the ground floor. Upstairs, our guests will find two more bedrooms, one twin and one double with en-suite shower bath. They have sea or mountain views. If you come with your baby, we will prepare a cot and a high chair.


      To consider:

      Heating cost (optional): 1.15 Eur / fuel oil for the central heating, to be paid pending on consumption.

      There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

      Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
