YourHouse Villa Xavier is a charming chalet with capacity for 6 guests and just a few meters from the sea in the area of Can Picafort.
This house is located 3 minutes walking to the beach and is perfect for enjoying an unforgettable holiday of sun and sea. The village of Can Picafort offers various services such as restaurants, shopping and leisure for all the family. Besides the fine sand beach that extends several kilometres to Puerto de Alcúdia, Can Picafort is located in the middle of two natural parks, S'Albufera and Son Real, so you can enjoy activities such as hiking or Nordic walking, horse riding through dune forests and pine forests. We also recommend visiting the old town of Alcúdia or playing golf in l'Alcanada.
The entrance to the house is surrounded by a large terrace that turns the whole corner and also has a charming private terrace to sunbathe on the deckchairs or enjoy an exquisite dinner outside. In the air-conditioned dining room there is a sofa and four armchairs, satellite TV and Wifi connection. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and complete kitchenware for cooking during your stay. To rest, there are two bedrooms with double bed of 150 cm, air conditioning, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The other bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm and fan. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and also has an outside toilet. Washing machine, iron/ironing board, cot and highchair complete the equipment.

The village of Can Picafort, in the north of Majorca, provides you with restaurants, supermarkets, leisure options and shops. The northern beaches like Playa de Muro, Capellans and Puerto de Alcúdia are very family friendly. The kids will enjoy the playgrounds and you may spend a funny day in the waterpark Hidropark in Puerto de Alcúdia.

Welcome to Can Soler, the perfect house for your beach holidays! Set in Can Picafort, Majorca North, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
What about starting your day with a large breakfast on the terrace, enjoying the first sunlight? Afterwards, you may go to the beach, which is 300 meters from the house. The fine grained sand beach counts with lots of services and a nice sea promenade. Supermarkets, bars, shops and the bus station are nearby. The beaches of Capellanes and Playa de Muro are 1.5 km from the house. Both are wonderful natural beaches with some good beach bars. The area is nice for watersports like windsurf or paddle surf, especially in the morning. There are some good restaurants nearby, for example El Puerto, Mar y Paz and Es Mollet.
The terrace gives access to the living-dining area with satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. If you like cooking, there’s a fully equipped kitchen including a blender, kitchenware, microwave, sandwich maker and a crepes machine. To prepare your favourite breakfast, there’s a coffee machine type Senseo, a toaster and a fruit press. Our guests can choose between 3 bedrooms, two twin and one double room. All of them come with a wardrobe and A/C. A bathroom with shower and a bath with bathtub; as well as a washing machine and iron complete the equipment.
