YourHouse Villa Xavier is a charming villa with capacity for 5 guests and just a few metres from the sea in the Can Picafort area.
This chalet is located 3 minutes walking from the beach and is perfect for enjoying unforgettable holidays of sun and sea. Can Picafort offers various catering, shopping and leisure services for both adults and children. In addition to the fine sandy beach that extends several kilometres to Puerto de Alcúdia, Can Picafort is situated between two natural parks, S'Albufera and Son Real, so you can enjoy activities such as hiking or Nordic walking, horse rides through dune forests and pine woods. We also recommend visiting the old town of Alcúdia or playing golf in l'Alcanada.
The entrance to the chalet is surrounded by a large terrace that goes around the entire corner and also has a charming private terrace for sunbathing on loungers or enjoying an exquisite dinner outdoors. In the air-conditioned living-dining room, there is a sofa and four armchairs, satellite TV and WiFi connection. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and complete kitchenware to cook during your stay.
To rest, there are two bedrooms with a double bed of 150 cm, air conditioning, wardrobes, and drawers. The other bedroom has 1 single bed of 90 cm and a fan. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and also has an exterior toilet. Washing machine, iron/ironing board, cot, and high chair complete the equipment.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, and only during the high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old.

Set 2 minutes walking from the sand beach, this modern chalet in Can Picafort offers a second home to 6 people.
The village of Can Picafort, in the north of Majorca, provides you with restaurants, supermarkets, leisure options and shops. The northern beaches like Playa de Muro, Capellans and Puerto de Alcúdia are very family friendly. The kids will enjoy the playgrounds and you may spend a funny day in the waterpark Hidropark in Puerto de Alcúdia.
The ample, funished terrace gives access to the living-dining area with open kitchen, including a dishwasher and an induction hob. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and an ensuite shower bathroom with hair dryer. There are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds.
