This attractive house is located in the popular holiday resort of Can Picafort and is only a few minutes' walk from the wonderful beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and many shopping possibilities are also nearby.
The holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two others with 2 single beds each), which are all on the upper floor and two bathrooms with WC and shower, one of them on the ground floor and the second one on the upper floor. The holiday home has room for 6 people.
The open living/dining area with comfortable sofas and fan invites you to linger. You don't have to miss TV and WLan during your well-deserved holiday.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine.
You can spend relaxing evenings on the veranda and the terrace, where comfortable seating and deck chairs are ready for you. On the BBQ you can spoil your family and friends with a Mediterranean dinner.

Das Haus ist schön gelegen, alles ist gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten, die Terassen sind sehr gut, man kann immer in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen, wie man möchte. Es gibt Kinderspielzeug im Keller, die Küchenausstattung ist vollkommsee more
Das Haus ist schön gelegen, alles ist gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten, die Terassen sind sehr gut, man kann immer in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen, wie man möchte. Es gibt Kinderspielzeug im Keller, die Küchenausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend. ABER:- Die Waschmaschine ist nur kalt, und entgegen der Aussage von Mallorca Charme ist kalt waschen für alles ausreichend- Die Fenster und Türen sind in keiner Weise abgedichtet und nur Ein-Scheiben-Glas, das heißt das Haus ist sehr laut durch Verkehrslärm der nahen Hauptstraße- Das warme Wasser der Dusche reicht maximal für zwei Personen.- Die Reinigung war nicht ausreichend. Die Fußböden waren irgendwie schmierig, und unter einem der Betten haben wir ganze Cheetos gefunden. Nicht Krümel, sondern ganze Objekte. Da wurde im Leben nicht gereinigt.- Die Decken in den Betten sind unbezogen und es exitieren auch keine Bezüge, sondern nur zusätzliche Matrazen-Tücher zum drunterlegen.

Wir bedauern zutiefst die mangelnde Sauberkeit, sie entspricht überhaupt nicht unseren Standards von Service und Pflege. Da Sie im Mai übernachtet haben und die Temperaturen bereits hoch waren, ist nur noch ein Laken übrig, aber es war ein Bettbezug Füllung für Sie zur Verfügung. Es war uns ein Vergnügen, Sie als unsere Gäste zu haben, wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute. |

The rooms were well equipped. The location of the house was super nice, close to the beach, close to the shops and restaurant. We find it only one disadvantage, there is a car rental behind the fence which starts their work at 4am. We hardly sleep after that. So if you has a hard sleep, nothing will bother you. :) Thank you for hosting us.

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Beschreibungen. Es war alles vorhanden, es gab sogar Strandsachen für die Kinder! Super! Durch die Lage des Appartements konnte man vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Naturpark, Promenade und natürlich der Strand. Einziger Nachteil ist der laute Verkehr von der Hauptstraße.Ansonsten alles Top!

La casa es amplia con dos plantas, las camas individuales podrían ser más cómoda pero para unas vacaciones cortas está bastante bien. Lo recomiendo siempre y cuando no tengáis que ir a Palma, esta bastante lejos pero como todo en la Isla.

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus, alles, was man brauchen könnte ist vorhanden. Reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, sowohl in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten. Für uns herausragend war die Lage. Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichtbar. Für Ruhesuchende eventuell nicht geeignet, das Haus liegt an der Straße von Alcudia nach Arta, aber uns hat es nicht gestört.

Moin. Schöne Haushelft, alles war benötigt wird ist da. Lage, Nebenstraße mit Sicht auf eine gut befahren Hauptstraße. Für das Auffinden des Büros würde ich mir eine bessere Beschreibung und die Angabe der Koordinaten wünschen. Ein normales Navi ist etwas überfordert. Liegt aber am Spanischen Straßensystem. Bei Anruf und mit Auffindungsunterstützung kann man es finden.

Welcome to this cozy apartment with terrace, where 6 guests find a place for vacations near the beach of Can Picafort. The whole apartment is only for our guests. Yourhouse team is here to help you. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekends / holidays from 08 a.m. to 4 p.m. We have a 24-hour telephone if you have any emergency. A 5 minute walk you reach the sandy beach and the promenade with many restaurants, bars and shops. If you like the sea, you can rent a boat in the port and explore the coves of the northern area, such as Betlem, Son Serra de Marina or Sa Canova. The beach of Can Picafort is fine sand and offers sun beds and umbrellas. By bus you can go to the old town of Alcúdia or Pollença and if you rent a bicycle, you can visit the natural park of S'Albufera. A car is not necessary. We can arrange a transfer from the airport to the apartment. To consider: In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist fee, called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest from 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. As of the ninth night, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. Such payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of the DNI's or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email. Set 2 minutes walking from the sand beach, this modern chalet in Can Picafort offers a second home to 6 people. The village of Can Picafort, in the north of Majorca, provides you with restaurants, supermarkets, leisure options and shops. The northern beaches like Playa de Muro, Capellans and Puerto de Alcúdia are very family friendly. The kids will enjoy the playgrounds and you may spend a funny day in the waterpark Hidropark in Puerto de Alcúdia. The ample, funished terrace gives access to the living-dining area with open kitchen, including a dishwasher and an induction hob. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and an ensuite shower bathroom with hair dryer. There are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds. A shower bath with hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron/ironing board, air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms as well as a cot/high chair on request complete the equipment. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years.
