Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Alcudia im Haus Berna mit der Familie.
Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Es ist top ausgestattet und alles vorhanden für den täglichen Bedarf. Alle Schlafzimmer und Wohnräume (Küche und Wohnzimmer) sind klimatisiert. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der ersten Etage - zwei hiervon jeweils mit einem großen Balkon. Die Entfernungen sind wie in der Beschreibung und waren für uns kein Problem. Der Eroski Supermarkt in der nähe ist top ausgestattet sowohl mit einer Frischetheke für Fisch und Fleisch. Die Tischtennisplatte wusste zu gefallen. Nicht als negativer Punkt zu sehen, aber wichtig zu wissen ist, dass es insgesamt vier Badezimmer gibt. Zwei Badezimmer (1x EG / 1x OG) hiervon sind reine Toiletten. Ein Badezimmer befindet sich en suite zum Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Dusche. Ein großes Badezimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss mit Dusche und zusätzlich einer Badewanne. Aufgrund des nassen Frühsommers waren Mücken ein Problem. Dies war aber kein spezifisches Problem der Unterkunft sondern ein generelles im gesamten Ort am Abend. |

This first floor duplex apartment accomodates up to 9 persons and counts with a private roof terrace with sunbeds, dinner table and barbecue. It is situated in the historic oldtown of Alcudia, with all you might need at walking distance.
This two-floor apartment counts with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We enter the first floor onto a spatious living and dining room, divided in 3 spaces: a seating area with a sofa and a balcony to the pedestrian street, a dining area with a large table for 6 and a living- and dining room with kitchenette, sofa, smart TV, typical majorcan rocking chairs and another dining table for 6. The fire place is only decorative (not for use). The whole accommodation is equipped with air conditioning (cold/heat function). The kitchenette counts with a dishwasher, an oven and all further necessary utensils to prepare a tastefull dinner for the whole group. The dining kitchen provides access to the patio, with a dining table for 6 , where you can enjoy the fresh air even on the warmest days. The hall surrounding the patio leads us from the dining kitchen to a bathroom with a shower tub and to two of the bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a large twinbed (1,20m), both with a window to the luminous hallway and the patio.
The stairs lead us from the front living room to the next floor, where we find a study room and three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two individual beds and one with space to prepare an extra bed for up to 2 extra persons). The study room provides access to the large roofterrace, perfect for sunbathing and outdoor dining. There is an exterior shower room on the terrace. The apartment counts with a washing machine and an iron, and we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair without any cost. The stairs count with child protection (gate) on both sides.
The oldtown of Alcudia, with its carfree streets, surrounded by the old roman city wall, has lots of restaurants and shops. The long, white, sandy beach of Alcudia is less than 2km away and there are some quieter, small coves at 1,2km, like Morer Vermell, all at walking distance. We are more than pleased to help you with any kind of information for your holiday.
Special hiking activities we recommend include, for example, the cove of Coll Baix or the top of Talaia de La Victoria, with the stony beach of s’Illot de La Victoria.
Nearby there also is a waterslide-park, Hidropark, and the golf course of Aucanada.
Alcudia is easy to reach with one direct bus from the airport to the village, at only 120m from the apartment.
