Fantastic Villa on a very quiet area
Here you will feel right at home, the property keep the essence of the Mediterranean. The house is located at the north of the island in a very quiet village, Son Serra de Marina, next to Ca'n Picafort.
The house has four bedrooms well furnitured, two with double bed and the other two with two single beds. It has three bathrooms one on suite with shower, the other two have bath tub.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped also well furnitured, has also dishwasher. The living room is cozy and invites you to stay. Satellite TV, and WiFi are available.
The garden is very well maintained. It has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, also has a garden furniture with a nice table to enjoy lovely bbq at the sunshine evenings. You have a lovely choice to make unforgettable moments in a great place that also offers a nice size pool for you to have a lot of fun. A table tennis table is available for sporting activities.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Pets at extra charge and only by prior arrangement.

Had a fantastic holiday, made so by the property, Casa Ines. It is a great rustic villa with everything you need. The gardens and pool area are fantastic and the villa was well maintained. The villa is quite remote which suited us perfectly and the vsee more

Sehr freundliches Team bei Mallorcacharme
Besonders hat uns gefallen das das Einchecken so flexibel gehandelt wurde. Wir konnten trotz früher Anreise schon sehr zeitig ins Haus.

Die Poolreinigung (Pool aussaugen) wurde über die zwei Wochen trotz Verschmutzung nicht vorgenommen. Es wäre schön wenn ein Staubsauger im Haus wäre, dann könnte man selber zwischendurch mal durchsaugen.

This Mallorcan estate is a rarity! Here you will find a successful blend of tradition and modernity. The character of this old manor has been largely preserved, yet you do not have to give up the amenities of a modern equipment. This finca is particularly suitable for friends and families who want to enjoy life in and with nature. On the large estate are horses, ducks, sheep and much more.
