Description
Son Palanca is a wonderful rural villa located in Sineu, in a natural and privileged environment ideal for enjoying pure air and the tranquillity of the island accompanied by family or friends. The rustic and modern styles are combined in this property to not leave aside the luxuries and comforts that we desire in our well-deserved holidays.
In this property, up to 10 people can be accommodated in its 5 bedrooms.
There are two on the ground floor, the first equipped with two single beds and the second with a double bed. On the first floor, we will find three bedrooms equipped with two single beds each, heating and air conditioning. The house has two modern bathrooms with shower and toilet.
In the house we will find a modern and bright living room with comfortable armchairs and a plush sofa, a dining room with satellite TV, and a fully and functionally equipped kitchen with everything you may need to comfortably prepare your best recipes, in front of the old fireplace of the house.
On its exterior we will be able to enjoy a pleasant dinner in company and enjoy the summer breeze under the awning, or relax in its armchairs, or sunbathe in the hammocks and enjoy the blue sky. But without a doubt we will enjoy its large pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the unique tranquillity and exclusivity of this property.
Of course in Son Palanca we have parking space.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A fixed charge of €18 per day for electricity consumption will be applied, which will be paid in cash to the owner on the day of arrival.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
