Sa Mina prides itself on its historical past, being a property that once housed a genuine mine. The exterior of this estate extends over a wide terrain adorned with carob trees, almond trees, and lush grass. A splendid water sanctuary awaits with a pool that invites relaxation, provided with 12 comfortable sun loungers for moments of leisure, accompanied by a convenient outdoor shower.

If your desire is to delight in outdoor meals, the barbecue area, skillfully designed and sheltered, provides an ideal space. Under the heather roof of the porch, there is a table that provides the perfect place to gather your family before an exciting encounter at the ping pong table.

The interior of Sa Mina is a treasure of unique charm, the result of its past as an authentic mine. The different heights of the floors, elaborated in marés and stone, merge with high ceilings that expose elegant beams to view.

The common areas, such as the bright dining room, are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, free WiFi and a cosy fireplace, perfect for winter days. The two fully equipped kitchens have a dishwasher, gas cooker, ceramic hob and electric oven, as well as a practical washing machine.

The bedrooms, a total of 7 distributed across 3 floors, provide a resting sanctuary. On the ground floor, the first bedroom has a double bed, followed by bedroom 2 with single beds. The first floor houses bedroom 3, accompanied by a double bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, while bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 have two and three single beds respectively. Ascending to the second floor, bedrooms 6 and 7 accommodate a double bed each, with the last one being graced with an en-suite bathroom. Crowning the property, a double bedroom with panoramic views completes the room offering.

💡 Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A charge of 0.35E/kWh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid in cash to the owner at the end of the stay.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Heating (optional): 2€/Litre, according to consumption, available during winter months.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
