This cosy finca in Santa Margalida can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a living - dining room next to the pool.
Luminous downstairs, with two comfortable sofas, tv with satellite, dining area and american bar. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob.
There are two bathrooms, both with shower.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, the access to the bedrooms on the upper floor is with the outside staircase.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
There is air conditioning in both rooms.
What will make you fall in love with this accommodation is the outside area, a large porch with outdoor furniture, a dining area and a built in barbecue for you to enjoy pleasant meals.
There is also a wonderful chill out area to relax.
Private pool for swimming on sunny days and sun loungers and deckchairs ready for use.

Finca ist absolut wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und was ich sehr toll fand, dass wirklich alles da war. Von Fön, Handtücher für die Liegen und sogar Grillkohle. Gerade in der Küche war alles da. Salz, Müllbeutel, sogar Waschmittel.

Die Finca ist sehr abgelegen, was aber auch so beschrieben ist, aber das war sehr angenehm. Nichts und niemand der einen stört. |

A very clean and spacious Finca Beautiful country house in the north of the island, located in Santa Margalida, in a rural area just 7 km from the sea and the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Alcudia. Suitable for children, with a lovely private swimming pool, a swing on large lawn and barbecue. Outside there is a Mediterranean garden with manicured trees and a beautiful lawn. Even a table tennis table is available. The house has a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with shower. The fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen leading to a living/dining room with flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi. All rooms are lovingly, modern and high quality furnished. For the winter months there is a pellet stove in the living room with ventilation slits in the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Beside the house there is a pretty terrace with garden furniture. From here you have a great view of the pool and garden. Sun beds are already waiting for you. The house is only 2 km from the village.
