Nous regrettons sincèrement que la climatisation n'ait pas fonctionné comme vous l'espériez, surtout en raison des températures élevées. Nous nous excusons pour les désagréments que cela a pu causer. Son Morro Farm is entirely private, in a perfect location between the very touristy town of Ca'n Picafort and the quiet locality of Santa Margalida. The sandy beach of Ca'n Picafort is just 7 km away, where supermarkets, restaurants and shops abound.
The house is accessed through the cosy living-dining room with comfortable sofas. TV, WiFi and music system are available. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Charming and cosy villa with swimming pool
Beautiful country house in the north of the island, located in Santa Margalida, in a rural area just 7 km from the sea and the beautiful beaches of Alcudia Bay.
Capacity for 4 people. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and a luxurious bathroom with a shower.
Fully equipped kitchen that connects to the living-dining room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
For the winter months, there is a pellet stove in the living room with ventilation slots in the bedrooms and bathroom.
Suitable for children, with a wonderful private pool, a swing on the large lawn and a barbecue. Outside there is a beautiful garden lawn area. There is even a ping-pong table available.
There is a lovely terrace with garden furniture. From here, you have a great view of the pool and the garden. The sun loungers are already waiting for you. The house is only 2 km from the village.
