    Description

    Set in a quiet and rural environmen just 15 km from the beach, this private villa with pool and garden can comfortably accommodate 2-6 guests.

    This lovely country house is just a few minutes driving from the village Sa Pobla, where you will find supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants. A short drive takes you to the northern beaches; Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro just to mention a few. If you visit us during the low season, you can enjoy hiking and cycling in the Tramuntana Mountains or visit our picturesque villages Deià and Valldemossa.

    The well-kept garden has lot of space for you and your family. Enjoy a large summer dinnner outside, make a barbecue or play with your kids. The private chlorine pool with a size of 9 x 5 metres and a depth between 0.9 and 1.8 metres is surrounded by a terrace, sun loungers and parasols.

    This one-storey house has a bright living-dining room with open, well-equipped kitchen. There’s an oven for the winter, a TV with satellite channels and fast Wifi if you work at home. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a bath and a mini-kitchen.

    To consider:

    Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years.

    There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season (May-October) and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season (Nov-April). During the low season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. Payment cash on your day of arrival.

    Damage deposit: 300 Eur.

      The house is located at the north of the island at Sa Pobla village. The place is just about 10 minuts drive from the main center. The preoperty has three bedrooms, one with double bed and the other two with two single beds and two bathrooms, both with bathtub.
      The living and dinning area is large and spacious, has fully equipped kitchen with all the necesary for you to make easy holidays.

      On the outside you will find a covered terrace, a nice size pool and a bbq area to enjoy nice evening meals with family and friends.
      Excelent place to relax and have a tranquility holidays. From here there is a 15 minuts drive to the closest beach.

      IMPORTANT:
      - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
      - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
      - Air conditioning according to consumption (0,30 Eur/kW)

      This charming stone house is located in the peaceful and rural area of Buger, halfway between the villages of Buger and Sa Pobla. This is an ideal villa for anyone that wants to escape the main tourist areas and enjoy the rural life of Mallorca. For the past two years the owners restored the villa maintaining an old and rural character.

      This two storey villa consists of a small lounge area nicely decorated with satellite TV and comfortable sofas. A large fitted kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and electric hob/oven. On the low floor there is also a double bedroom and a shower room. The first floor comprises of a twin and double bedroom sharing a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have nice views towards the village of Buger.

      The outside large covered terrace places the barbecue, it has a large wooden table and benches. The roman steps swimming pool (8x4) is surrounded by a lawn area and it is ideal for families with small children.

      Búger is quite idyllic away from all main roads in the north of the island, away from traffic and exhaust fumes. The smallest community in Majorca, in perfect sublimity, sits on the last hill before Sa Pobla's potato fields. Many homeowners in Búger have a magnificent view of the Albufera, the bay of Alcúdia, the mountains of Artà in the north-east as well as the Tramuntana mountains in the west.
