Villa Cala is a well presented Property with well kept gardens which is located in a peaceful setting.
The property has three air conditioned bedrooms. One twin with fitted wardrobes, a double with fitted wardrobes and a master bedroom with large en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath.
The living-dining room is spacious and inviting with comfortable furnishings, wifi and air conditioning. There is a flat screen TV DVD and dining table for 6 people. There is a WC close to the living-dining room. The kitchen is of a good size and offers a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and all of the utensils required for a party of 6 during their stay.
Outside, the gardens are a vibrant green and well maintained. The swimming pool is inviting and surrounded by sun beds. You can also take shade under the covered dining terrace in front of the house, an ideal place to have an al fresco meal or early evening drink.
There is a covered barbecue house with space to prepare food and a useful sink too.
For those who like a little privacy whilst sunbathing, there are steps which lead up to a small roof terrace which is also where you will find a small room with the washing machine.

The location was quiet and peaceful. The villa was clean and the pool was very much needed in the heat. Lots of hot water and I would recommend if you want to be out of the way.

There could be better water pressure for the showers and more kitchen equipment for those who don't eat out every night. More glasses and mugs would also be very useful.

Its also possible to walk to Puerto Pollensa in around 40 mins as we did several times . The villa is very well looked after and the grounds and pool are excellent. Its well equipped and plenty of space. We had a great Holiday. Nord Villas are great to deal with, professional and friendly and would definitely use them again.

This Villa is a little gem, it feels like you're really remote but actually you're not far from everything. The pool is beautiful and the whole Villa and grounds are very well maintained. We spent 2 fabulous weeks there and had a hire car, which I see more

We spent 2 fabulous weeks there and had a hire car, which I think is a must. It's the perfect place to laze around in the pool during the day and go and have dinner in Puerto Pollensa in the evening, Lovely. I highly recommend it.
Also, I will just add, everyone we dealt with both at the accommodation and at Nord Villas were very helpful, friendly and professional, generally nice people all round. |

Den Eigentümer. Der hat manchmal schon genervt. War sehr häufig auf dem Grundstück und die Filteranlage vom Pool war die ganze letzte Woche aus. Das war nicht so schön.

Villa La Torre is a traditional villa close to the old town of Pollensa in the north of Mallorca. The house is set within pretty gardens and features a partly secluded pool area. This is the ideal villa for a family holiday in a very quiet setting on the edge of a small forest yet only 3km from the town of Pollensa. The beaches and resort of Puerto Pollensa are only 10 minutes away by car. La Torre is decorated in the traditional style with many original features. There is a lounge with a large flat screen TV and DVD player and CD. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher and gives direct access to the dining area. There are 3 bedrooms in total all with air-conditioning. 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. There is also a shower room and a full bathroom. The covered terrace outside the house looks over to the pool and is the ideal place to sit and enjoy family meals al fresco. There is a good sized swimming pool, 8m x 4m, sunbeds, parasol and barbecue area. La Torre is a traditional, comfortable villa with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside, close to the old town of Pollenca.

Beautiful house situated in the valley of Can March, in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in an idyllic location for lovers of the mountains, tranquillity and nature.
The beautiful finca "Plantina" for 6 people with air conditioning hot/cold, consists of 3 bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, a covered terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy a stunning sunset surrounded by gardens and nature, large swimming pool with sun loungers and privacy.
About 6 kilometres away you will find the village of Pollensa, a charming Majorcan village, very cosy with its excellent restaurants in the village square such as "Q11" and "U Plaça" and its well known market. In addition, the village has its well known Calvario stairs, 365 steps that take us to the highest part of the village where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the village and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The Pollensa golf course is just a few kilometres from the house.
And if you like to relax on the fine white sand of the beaches, you can't miss the stunning beach of Cala de Sant Vicente with its crystal clear blue waters and the beach of Formentor.
