Description
This traditional Mallorcan style house is located in a quiet area in the countryside, yet a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. The open plan living/dining area has a TV and DVD player, there is also Wifi in the villa. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and microwave. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is one single bedroom downstairs. The double and twin have air conditioning. There is a modern bathroom with walk in shower upstairs and downstairs there is a shower room too. Outside there is ample space to relax with covered terraces, barbecue area and dining table and chairs and a large green lawned area. The swimming pool, with roman steps, is surrounded by shrubs and hedges. A perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Mallorcan summer.

Le seul bémol de cette maison est que le rez de chaussé est relativement sombre. |

Das Haus hat eine absolut ruhige, nur durch schmale Fahrwege erreichbare Lage im Hinterland von Pollensa. Das ganze Anwesen wird von Gärtnerhand sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist blumenreich angelegt, der private Pool neben einer großen Palme lädt zur Ensee more

Der Garten ist blumenreich angelegt, der private Pool neben einer großen Palme lädt zur Entspannung ein. Liegen stehen auf der grünen Wiese bereit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ländlich rustikal. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei komfortable klimatisierte Schlafzimmer. Es besteht außerdem überall die Möglichkeit der Querlüftung. Alle Fenster besitzen stabile Fensterläden. Die Küche hat eine umfassende Geräteausstattung, Geschirr und Gläser sind in großer Zahl verfügbar, große Esstische gibt es im Haus wie auf der Terrasse. Die gute Betreuung durch NordVillas beginnt bereits vor der Reise und ist während des Aufenthalts sehr diskret.

Can Boi is a perfect base for a holiday in the north of Mallorca. Ideally situated at the foot of the tramuntana mountain range outside of Pollensa, the villa has easy access to many popular tourist locations.
The property sleeps 5 guests with one double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with air conditioning and a single room with fan. There is also a shared full bathroom and a further shower room.
The living area is comfortable with soft furnishings, TV, DVD and Wifi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all of the modern conveniences of a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. There is also a wood burner here, useful for early and late season bookings.
Outside there is a covered terrace with a sofa set and dining table ideal for al fresco dining or barbecues. The owner has provided sun loungers for clients wanting to soak up the sun on the private terrace to the side of the property.

Traditional stone house on the outskirts of the adorable old town Pollensa, on the Puig de Maria hill, all on one level, for up to 5 people, with views to the surrounding mountains. Built in barbecue area next to the private swimming pool perfect for outside dining with tables, chairs and sun loungers provided for optimum relaxation and comfort... The interior of the house is decorated with white walls, beamed ceilings, tiled floors and traditional furniture. The house has a warm, artistic feel to it. Lounge and dining room with TV, DVD, stereo and fireplace for the cooler months. The kitchen also has a dining table and chairs and is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. There are three bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. The double and twin have air-conditioning and the single has fan cooling. There is a bathroom inside the house with a bath and shower. Outside at the end of the terrace is a shower room and toilet.
The inviting pool has Roman steps and mosaic tiles. There is an additional covered dining terrace overlooking the pool. Outside utility room with washing machine at the bottom of the garden. Just a short drive to the golden sands of Puerto Pollensa and the sandy coves around Cala St Vicente.
