    Description

    Small but nice is this pretty cottage for 2 people, just one km from Pollensa old town. It is idyllically and quietly situated at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, making it an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the attractive surroundings. A paved path will take you to your vacation home, which is surrounded by a 3,500sqm plot. Directly at the house is a covered, equipped with comfortable seating terrace that invites you to linger. Accompanied by pleasant reading or a glass of wine, you can relax and enjoy the soothing silence all around you. Right next door you will find another terrace area, also furnished, which can be spanned if necessary with shady sun sails. This makes common meals outdoors a real pleasure. Tasty grilled dishes can be prepared on the grill.
    The ground floor house has a living area of ​​83sqm. So you have a comfortably furnished living and dining area. Entertaining TV nights can be spent on the comfortable sofa and the accompanying armchairs. There is a TV with satellite TV available. For Kurzweil also provide a CD and a DVD player. At the dining table for 4 people, you can comfortably enjoy your daily meals, for the preparation of which a fully equipped kitchen is available. Here you will find a 4 burner gas stove with oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also an espresso machine, a toaster and a kettle for your convenience. Crockery and cutlery are also available in sufficient quantity. Thus, best conditions for optimal self-sufficiency are given. You also have handy cooking utensils that make your kitchen work easier. An ironing board and an ironing board are also available. A wireless internet connection enables online contact with acquaintances or friends.
    The bedroom, furnished with a 2m x 2m double bed, promises restful nights. This room as well as the living and dining area are air conditioned, so that even on hot summer days, a pleasant indoor temperature is given. The air conditioners have a warm-cold function. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, which completes the good features of your holiday home.
    Good shopping, typical restaurants and cozy cafes can be reached on foot, in Pollenca. The historic old town will seduce you with its unique charm. Narrow streets are waiting to be discovered. The Sunday food and vegetable market offers a variety of goods from local production. Gorgeous views will take you from the summit of Calvario Mountain, which is not easy to climb with its 365 steps. Also the Puig de Maria, with its famous monastery is worth a visit. Once there, it is always worth the delicious paella in the quaint restaurant to try and do not miss the delicious desserts.
    For swimming or sunbathing you have to drive only a few minutes and you are on the beautiful sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca or Cala San Vicente arrived. The golf course is only 4km away, so that passionate golfers can practice their hobby while on vacation.

    Ideal little villa

    We have stayed in Puerto Pollenca on a number of occasions but as we love to hike and no longer have children with us we thought we´d try the old town. We had the most wonderful holiday. The position and setting for Rostolla is superb. Just 5 minutes stroll along a picturesque country lane to the ancient Pont de Roma, the gateway to Pollenca. Besides the lovely shops in town it is 5 minutes drive to a couple of large supermarkets and 10 to the Port. The views from the villa are breathtaking. To the NW open views towards PP, SE is Pollenca with Puig de Maria behind and SW the majestic Tramuntana mountains. To the NW, our favourite, an amazing view of the tree clad gorge guarding the entry to the Ternelles valley. There are large grounds, excellently maintained by the owners, containing various fruit trees. There is a small, almost new swimming pool and you have total privacy. The outdoor furniture is exactly as shown in the pictures. Inside it is very tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and everything you need. The cooking pans, pots, utensils etc are of a much better quality than you usually find in a rental villa. The internet connection was excellent. The owners clearly take great care of the property but in a very discreet manner. The management company, Nord Villas, were efficient, helpful and friendly throughout. The large, good quality pool towels they provided were a real bonus. We would thoroughly recommend them and certainly hope to stay at Rostolla again.
    Bathroom could do with updating. We suggest removing the bidet and installing a larger shower cubicle. A chordless kettle.

    Besonders wertschätzend ist die Kommunikation mit NordVillas:-)

    Der Pool dort in Rostolla ist 7 Meter lang, er ist etwas kleiner als in anderen Villen, aber das Haus ist auch nur für 2 Personen.
    Ich habe mich beim Eigentümer erkundigt und der Pool wird Mitte der Woche und auch am Anreisetag kontrolliert/gereinigt. Wir hatten in letzter Zeit viele Probleme mit rotem Sandregen und Schwebestaub in der Luft von Saraha, was zu Problemen mit unseren Pools führte.
    Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch auf Mallorca wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.

    Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, Rostolla ist wirklich ein schöner Rückzugsort für Paare oder Alleinreisende nur 1 km von Pollensa. Es gab mehr Mücken in diesem Jahr aufgrund der anhaltenden Hitze im September und Oktober.

    Die Finca ist für zwei Personen optimal und sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Dank des Pools muss man nicht an den überfüllten und schmutzigen Strand (Muro).

    Perfect little house for 2 in a wonderful setting.

    We spent a week here in June 2015 and had a lovely holiday. Very clean villa with lovely pool and easy walking distance too Pollensa town. Would recommend to any one wanting a relaxing holiday.
