Description
The main entrance is on the front covered terrace. Through an oak studded door we enter a beautiful, comfortable and modern family home distributed over two floors. The entrance is tastefully decorated with a beautiful statue, stone walls and arches. From here we enter the dining room, with an elegant table, chairs and an ornamental fireplace. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen, superbly furnished and equipped in a modern style with sliding teak cupboards, electric cooker with ceramic hob, marble worktop, double sink, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and 3 metre breakfast table with benches. In the lounge there are comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. From this room there is also access to the pool terrace.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king size mahogany bed, individual carved headboard and fitted wardrobes. This room has a beautiful en-suite bathroom and private furnished solarium with distant sea and mountain views. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, painted white, with carved headboard and fitted wardrobes and also a full en-suite bathroom and private furnished solarium, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the sunset views. The third bedroom, a superior double, has teak beds and fitted wardrobes, full bathroom and private furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The fourth bedroom also has two teak beds and fitted wardrobes, full bathroom and private sunbathing terrace with distant sea and mountain views. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Following energy saving and efficiency measures, this villa has programmed air conditioning, which can be used during midday and throughout the night.
Outside, there is a magnificent, crystal-clear 12-metre long swimming pool with steps at the corners. The house also has well-furnished terraces surrounding the pool and other areas of the house.
In addition to the pool area, there is also a beautiful garden with a good sized lawn area, colourful flowering shrubs, aromatic herbs and flowers in traditional terracotta pots. A pond and a pergola with dining area complete the other outdoor spaces.

Cal Xino is a beautiful secluded villa accessed along a winding driveway. There is ample parking at the property for a number of cars. The villa boasts a guest house, sauna, ping pong table and precious views towards the Tramuntana mountains.
The light and spacious main house has 2 bedrooms (one double, one with a bigger bed - 140cm and one single bed - 90cm), a large family bathroom, modern kitchen and spacious living area. There are unspoilt views of the Tramuntana mountains from the main house. The high ceilings, modern paintings and interior of the house give a Mediterranean feel to it. The sitting area leads on to the dining area with large table ideal for family meals, as well as a study area with views over the expansive gardens. The main double bedroom has access out on to the pool terrace. The second bedroom features the fireplace and comfortable seating for when the room is not used as a bedroom. The large family bathroom has a sunken bath, walk-in shower and double sink.
The pool is located on the terrace of the main house. There are also two outdoor showers, as well as a sauna. Sauna is not included in the price and it is paid separately for the amount of electricity used. Here on the terrace there is also a large parasol and a dining table, as well as a barbecue. Table Tennis is also provided.
The guest house is accessed by the steps leading down from the main terrace. There is a kitchen/ living room area - with cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table and comfortable sofa here too. There is also access out on to a terrace with additional table and seating, offering stunning views.
From the living room you have access to the two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and en-suite shower room. A (lockable) inter-connecting door leads into a twin bedroom with lounge area and en-suite shower room- it is possible to separate these rooms. The twin bedroom can also be accessed via its own entrance on the terrace.
Cal Xino is a beautiful villa in a quiet location with stunning views. It is the perfect place to relax with family or friends making use of the villas excellent facilities.

Can Giro is a large traditional countyhouse with modern touches. This spacious property is ideal for large groups of friends or family who wish to holiday together yet have an amplitude of space and intimity.
There is a large kitchen with breakfast area, this area is light and airy. Doors lead out to the covered dining terrace here too. There is a reception area with comfortable seating and there is also one double bedroom on this floor.
Steps lead up to the main living area with pool views. The living area is very large with different seating areas, dining table and flat screen TV and DVD. There is also a WC here.
More steps lead up to a full bathroom, a double bedroom. and two twin bedroom one with en-suite shower room.
There is another staircase from the living area which leads to a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath, another living area with TV and comfortable furnishings. There is also a further bedroom here which can be opened to increase the capacity of the villa to 10 guests at an extra cost.
Outside there is a large dining terrace ideal for family or group meals. There is a brick built BBQ and an extra pretty seating area with a summer kitchen, dining table,chairs and comfortable sofas. To the rear of the well maintained gardens there is a covered area with ping pong table.
Sun loungers surround the large 11m x 5m swimming pool. There are sun loungers for all guests, and parasols and shady areas too.
