Old Mallorcan country house with more than 250 years old that has been recently renovated and is located in the middle of nature and a few minutes from Pollensa town.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with terracotta floors, the dining room with direct access to the rear terrace of the house, the fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.
On the upper floor is the rest area. It has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 with two beds) and a full bathroom.
Outside is the pool that is truly unique (9x5mts), as it is fed by a natural water source that comes from the mountains, while the surplus irrigates the nearby fields. Therefore, the water in the pool is completely natural and is constantly being renewed. A small garden and the countryside with its mountains surround this very special house where the traveler can enjoy a lot of privacy and tranquility during their vacations.
The house is truly unique and keeps its traditional Mallorcan decoration charm.
The property is located close to Pollensa. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.

Villa La Torre is a traditional villa close to the old town of Pollensa in the north of Mallorca. The house is set within pretty gardens and features a partly secluded pool area. This is the ideal villa for a family holiday in a very quiet setting on the edge of a small forest yet only 3km from the town of Pollensa. The beaches and resort of Puerto Pollensa are only 10 minutes away by car. La Torre is decorated in the traditional style with many original features. There is a lounge with a large flat screen TV and DVD player and CD. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher and gives direct access to the dining area. There are 3 bedrooms in total all with air-conditioning. 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. There is also a shower room and a full bathroom. The covered terrace outside the house looks over to the pool and is the ideal place to sit and enjoy family meals al fresco. There is a good sized swimming pool, 8m x 4m, sunbeds, parasol and barbecue area. La Torre is a traditional, comfortable villa with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside, close to the old town of Pollenca.

This lovely country house, with 3 bedrooms, is situated a mere 3 kms from Pollensa old town. A charming mix of rustic farmhouse with modern touches, it is bright and airy with cool shades of white and cream throughout. On the upper level there is a twin bedded room and a double bedroom and a full bathroom. On the ground floor there is a third bedroom with twin beds, and a shower room. The sitting / dining room is smart and comfortable, with an open fireplace and a TV, DVD and CD player. There is also Wifi at this house. The bedrooms all have air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons.
Outdoors there is a shaded terrace, and a covered BBQ area, all that you need for al fresco dining. The 5 x 10 m pool, with water feature and roman steps is an absolute delight, as are the lush gardens, with lawned area and an abundance of shrubs and plants.
With the nearest beach just 4 kms away this is the perfect villa for all the family to enjoy.
