This lovely country house, with 3 bedrooms, is situated a mere 3 kms from Pollensa old town. A charming mix of rustic farmhouse with modern touches, it is bright and airy with cool shades of white and cream throughout. On the upper level there is a twin bedded room and a double bedroom and a full bathroom. On the ground floor there is a third bedroom with twin beds, and a shower room. The sitting / dining room is smart and comfortable, with an open fireplace and a TV, DVD and CD player. There is also Wifi at this house. The bedrooms all have air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons.
Outdoors there is a shaded terrace, and a covered BBQ area, all that you need for al fresco dining. The 5 x 10 m pool, with water feature and roman steps is an absolute delight, as are the lush gardens, with lawned area and an abundance of shrubs and plants.
With the nearest beach just 4 kms away this is the perfect villa for all the family to enjoy.

The pool towels are not changed as it is difficult to have them washed and dried for a turn around with all the other towels and linens. They are bulky and this becomes a time issue. see more

Villa La Torre is a traditional villa close to the old town of Pollensa in the north of Mallorca. The house is set within pretty gardens and features a partly secluded pool area. This is the ideal villa for a family holiday in a very quiet setting on the edge of a small forest yet only 3km from the town of Pollensa. The beaches and resort of Puerto Pollensa are only 10 minutes away by car. La Torre is decorated in the traditional style with many original features. There is a lounge with a large flat screen TV and DVD player and CD. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher and gives direct access to the dining area. There are 3 bedrooms in total all with air-conditioning. 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. There is also a shower room and a full bathroom. The covered terrace outside the house looks over to the pool and is the ideal place to sit and enjoy family meals al fresco. There is a good sized swimming pool, 8m x 4m, sunbeds, parasol and barbecue area. Beautiful house situated in the valley of Can March, in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in an idyllic location for lovers of the mountains, tranquillity and nature. The beautiful finca "Plantina" for 6 people with air conditioning hot/cold, consists of 3 bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, a covered terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy a stunning sunset surrounded by gardens and nature, large swimming pool with sun loungers and privacy. About 6 kilometres away you will find the village of Pollensa, a charming Majorcan village, very cosy with its excellent restaurants in the village square such as "Q11" and "U Plaça" and its well known market. In addition, the village has its well known Calvario stairs, 365 steps that take us to the highest part of the village where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the village and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The Pollensa golf course is just a few kilometres from the house. And if you like to relax on the fine white sand of the beaches, you can't miss the stunning beach of Cala de Sant Vicente with its crystal clear blue waters and the beach of Formentor.
