Description
Villa Coster del Puig is in a stunning location on the gentle lower slopes of the Puig de Maria mountain, accessible up a country track next to the famous monument, just off the Pollensa road. It has spectacular views over the old town of Pollenca to the wooded hills beyond, and is only a short walk from the town itself. It's a traditionally built Mallorcan cottage made from local stone, with modern styling inside-white walls, terracotta-tiled floors, beamed ceilings, and halogen spot lighting. The airy sound-proof lounge, dining room and kitchen are all open plan. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, dark wood furniture and a traditional Mallorcan stove. Double patio doors lead out onto the terrace. The kitchen area has appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. There's also a pantry with lots of storage space. The two bedrooms are both beautifully furnished with antique furniture, and have views over the gardens. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower. A vine-covered terrace runs along the lounge side of the house, with a table and benches. There are wonderful views from here of the old town of Pollenca, the famous 365 Calvari steps and the mountains beyond. Looking the other way, there are lovely views of the Puig de Tomir mountain. There's another terrace in front of the house with a built-in barbecue and its own seating area.

The villa is peaceful and private yet a few minutes walk has you in the main square of Pollenca. The service from Nordvillas was excellent - we had a small issue with a leak under the kitchen sink and it was dealt with in under an hour. It was very hard to leave this wonderful place.

Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Begrüßungspaket (Lappen, Spülmittel etc). Auch, dass einige Lebensmittel schon im Kühlschrank waren, war eine tolle Überraschung. Die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig getauscht und das Bad gereinigt. Ein wirklich großartiger Service, den wir gar nicht erwartet hatten.

Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und auch mit Nordvillas gab es nie Probleme. Hier ist die außergewöhnliche Kulanz bzgl. Umbuchen während der Pandemie hervorzuheben! Villa Almondoi is a typical Mallorcan country house near Pollensa, with stunning views over the surrounding landscape to the mountain peaks that protrude between the trees. The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away. The villa has 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share the facilities of a separate bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with AC / heating. The villa offers satellite TV, free WI-FI internet connection, washing machine and dishwasher. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has time-controlled air conditioning in all accommodations from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. The garden and the pool (7x3,5mts) area are surrounded by cypress trees, which guarantees a lot of privacy.
