This beautiful finca for 6 people is located just 2 kilometres from the old town of Pollensa. The traditional stone house in a picturesque location offers excellent conditions for a relaxing holiday. The 9m x 4.50m pool, which is 1.40m to 2.40m deep and has a stepped entrance, is surrounded by a well-tended garden. Mediterranean plants, tall palm trees and spacious lawns invite you to linger. Comfortable loungers can be set up by the pool. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy the Mallorcan sun after a refreshing swim. The covered terrace overlooking the pool area is furnished with fine teak furniture. Delicious dishes can be prepared on the brick barbecue. So nothing stands in the way of the next summer party. There is also a table tennis table in the outdoor area for active holidaymakers.
The single-storey holiday home offers 140gm of living space with 3 cosily furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area and a modern kitchen. You can spend entertaining evenings in front of the TV with SAT TV on the comfortable upholstered suite. In the dining area you will find a cosy dining table for 6 people. You can enjoy your daily meals here with a view of the garden. The modern kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner gas hob with oven, microwave and fridge are at your disposal. There is also a kettle, toaster and coffee machine so that you can prepare your own meals. On cooler evenings, a fireplace provides cosy warmth. Depending on the number of people, towels are provided for use by the pool.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two single beds measuring 1.90m x 0.90m and the third with a double bed measuring 2.00m x 1.50m. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedroom with the double bed has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share another bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower bath, a toilet, a washbasin, a bidet and a WC.
You can store your valuables in the safe provided. An internet connection is also available.
Shops, cafés and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. The old town of Pollensa is only 5 minutes away by car and is definitely worth a visit. Numerous sights await you here, such as the Calvario mountain, the Puig de Maria monastery and not forgetting the beautiful countryside around Pollenca, which you can discover either by bike or on foot. You will find beaches with fine sand and crystal-clear water in Cala San Vicente or Puerto Pollensa. These are no more than 10 minutes away by car.

There were only a couple of ‘niggles’. An outside shower would be really handy for pre and post swim. Also the pool is quite deep for kids (however ours were fine). We would also have liked an outside seating area other than the dining table. We msee more

Evtl. Moskitonetze in den Schlafzimmern installieren, wäre sehr komfortabel wenn die Klimaanlage nicht läuft, da man besser lüften kann. Bei Betrieb der Klima sind die Fenster sowieso geschlossen.

Das Haus war groß genug für unsere Gruppe, verfügt über eine sehr schöne Küche und bietet auch bei gelegentlichem Regen über genügend Comfort zum Erholen. Sehr erfreulich waren auch die unproblematische Schlüsselübergabe und die Zugangsbeschreibung. |

I was happy booking with nord villas because I felt confident if I had a problem that the company would do their best to find an appropriate solution - i.e. if I found the property too cold they would get the owner to bring in a heater, if I needed ssee more

Vanessa was really helpful and nice. At short notice I was particularly happy with the very reasonable price with dates that suited my needs.

Villa La Torre is a traditional villa close to the old town of Pollensa in the north of Mallorca. The house is set within pretty gardens and features a partly secluded pool area. This is the ideal villa for a family holiday in a very quiet setting on the edge of a small forest yet only 3km from the town of Pollensa. The beaches and resort of Puerto Pollensa are only 10 minutes away by car. La Torre is decorated in the traditional style with many original features. There is a lounge with a large flat screen TV and DVD player and CD. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher and gives direct access to the dining area. Beautiful house situated in the valley of Can March, in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in an idyllic location for lovers of the mountains, tranquillity and nature. The beautiful finca "Plantina" for 6 people with air conditioning hot/cold, consists of 3 bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), a fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, a covered terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy a stunning sunset surrounded by gardens and nature, large swimming pool with sun loungers and privacy. About 6 kilometres away you will find the village of Pollensa, a charming Majorcan village, very cosy with its excellent restaurants in the village square such as "Q11" and "U Plaça" and its well known market. In addition, the village has its well known Calvario stairs, 365 steps that take us to the highest part of the village where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the village and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The Pollensa golf course is just a few kilometres from the house. And if you like to relax on the fine white sand of the beaches, you can't miss the stunning beach of Cala de Sant Vicente with its crystal clear blue waters and the beach of Formentor.
