Garrovera is a spectacular holiday villa located in the exclusive area of the Serra de Tramuntana, in the municipality of Pollença. Surrounded by an incomparable natural landscape, this property invites you to enjoy a unique experience in an intimate, free, and virgin environment, where lush vegetation and mountains create an atmosphere of absolute serenity.
Built mainly with marés —the native stone of Mallorca and favourite in traditional architecture—, the villa maintains an ideal indoor temperature both day and night, thanks to its natural thermal properties.
One of the main attractions of Garrovera is its splendid double pool with a waterfall, surrounded by a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden and a cosy chill out area. From here, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views that extend to the horizon, framed by cypresses, pines, olive trees, small palm trees and carob trees.
The entrance to the house is made through a charming porch covered in climbing plants, which houses a large dining table with seating for 8 people, ideal for outdoor meals. Around the pool, you will find sun loungers, comfortable garden furniture and an elegant Balinese bed, perfect for resting and disconnecting in the midst of nature.
Inside, the living room reflects the Mallorcan rustic charm with exposed wooden beam ceilings and noble furniture around the fireplace. The atmosphere is completed with a comfortable sofa, a central table and two vintage Mallorcan rocking chairs, alongside original elements such as steel windows and restored light wood.
Next to the living room, the dining room maintains a traditional Mallorcan style with authentic antique furniture, a classic chandelier and a table with capacity for eight diners. This room stands out for its luminosity and excellent natural ventilation.
The villa has four spacious and bright bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds of 90x200 cm. One of the main bedrooms also has a private terrace with spectacular mountain views.
Both bathrooms have been completely renovated and feature spacious showers, modern and functional furniture with storage space. The kitchen, also renovated, presents a modern style in white tones and is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite dishes.

Cal Xino is a beautiful secluded villa accessed along a winding driveway. There is ample parking at the property for a number of cars. The villa boasts a guest house, sauna, ping pong table and precious views towards the Tramuntana mountains.
The light and spacious main house has 2 bedrooms (one double, one with a bigger bed - 140cm and one single bed - 90cm), a large family bathroom, modern kitchen and spacious living area. There are unspoilt views of the Tramuntana mountains from the main house. The high ceilings, modern paintings and interior of the house give a Mediterranean feel to it. The sitting area leads on to the dining area with large table ideal for family meals, as well as a study area with views over the expansive gardens. The house has air conditioning, central heating, TV,DVD, Hifi, WiFi and a fireplace.
The kitchen has a small breakfast table and access out on to the pool/ barbecue terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 fridges, coffee machine, and plenty of cutlery and storage.
The main double bedroom has access out on to the pool terrace. The second bedroom features the fireplace and comfortable seating for when the room is not used as a bedroom. The large family bathroom has a sunken bath, walk-in shower and double sink.
The pool is located on the terrace of the main house. There are also two outdoor showers, as well as a sauna. Sauna is not included in the price and it is paid separately for the amount of electricity used. Here on the terrace there is also a large parasol and a dining table, as well as a barbecue. Table Tennis is also provided.
The guest house is accessed by the steps leading down from the main terrace. There is a kitchen/ living room area - with cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table and comfortable sofa here too. There is also access out on to a terrace with additional table and seating, offering stunning views.
From the living room you have access to the two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and en-suite shower room. A (lockable) inter-connecting door leads into a twin bedroom with lounge area and en-suite shower room- it is possible to separate these rooms. The twin bedroom can also be accessed via its own entrance on the terrace.
Cal Xino is a beautiful villa in a quiet location with stunning views. It is the perfect place to relax with family or friends making use of the villas excellent facilities.

This beautiful Mallorcan country house is located in a quiet and residential area of Pollensa.
It consists of a spacious and bright dining room, living room with satellite TV and DVD. Large fully equipped kitchen with a wood burning oven.
On this same floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a second bathroom. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a double bedroom and a third bathroom.
Large garden, furnished terrace, outdoor table tennis and a good size swimming pool (8x4mts) make this house a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
In addition, the house has a large covered barbecue with attached kitchen included, thus becoming the ideal place to eat outdoors while enjoying the views offered by the pool and the garden.
All rooms have air conditioning / heating which in line with local energy saving initiatives are scheduled for use from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
