Description
Can Torrat is a country house for 6 people where its well-maintained nature creates an idyllic setting in which to spend some wonderful holiday days. Located in the municipality of Muro and in an area away from the hustle and bustle, this spectacular estate will delight you.
Muro is a beautiful town in the north of the island surrounded by green rural land, where we will find the best fresh and wine products and a large part of the s'Albufera natural park, a unique habitat for numerous species and of immeasurable ecological value for the island. In the town, we will find cultural attractions in its old town such as its Gothic temple, the Convent of Santa Ana or the ethnographic museum, as well as a rich traditional Mallorcan gastronomy. We can always get close to the beaches of Muro, which are just a few minutes by car.
With an extensive lawn and trees, Can Torrat features a huge round swimming pool and sunbathing area with a Balinese bed and umbrellas with sun loungers for sunbathing.
A modern two-storey house that enjoys all the amenities and services so that the only thing you have to do is enjoy your holidays.
From the swimming pool, we access the porch of the house where we have an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a small table with armchairs where one can sit peacefully and enjoy a glass of wine.
We entered the lounge, which is in a very modern and contemporary style. A large sofa welcomes us with a television featuring international programming, WiFi and AC.
The dining room and kitchen share the same space, although separated by a glass partition that delimits them. A large, modern kitchen with high-end appliances in which you will enjoy preparing your best recipes. It also has a design table with stools. On this floor, there are 2 very cosy bedrooms with two single beds each. Also, a state-of-the-art bathroom with a bathtub, a red washbasin unit and a large mirror that covers the entire wall. As well as another bathroom with a bathtub in a dark colour and with green motifs.
On the upper floor, a modern bedroom with AC, a double bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom of the same style. This bedroom has a large private terrace with privileged views.
