Fantastic and welcoming villa in Muro.

Located between Muro and Can Picafort, just 5 minutes from the beach.

Capacity for 6 people.
On the ground floor there is a lounge and kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Fully equipped kitchen connected to the porch. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas with satellite TV and it also connects to the porch.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.

Climatised porch with two dining areas.

Welcoming outdoor area, garden surrounded by orange trees, 3x5 metre swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue area and table tennis table to enjoy pleasant meals and evenings with family or friends.

The entire house is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi.

Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one of them exterior, situated next to the terrace and swimming pool, a cosy lounge equipped with air conditioning and satellite television, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The exterior is one of the great attractions of this property. Its private swimming pool, surrounded by nature, invites you to cool off and relax under the Mediterranean sun. The garden and terrace offer pleasant spaces to rest, sunbathe or contemplate the beautiful Mallorcan sunsets.

The property also features a covered outdoor dining area and barbecue, perfect for enjoying family meals or long evenings outdoors. Additionally, it has an outdoor shower and a children's play area.
