The centre of Muro and the commercial area are a few minutes from the property, while Muro beach is 10 km away.
Located on a large plot, the property offers private and secure parking for several cars, as well as a well-maintained garden with various terraces and a swimming pool.
On the ground floor, you will find an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen that communicates with the cosy living room.
There are three spacious bedrooms. One of them is on the ground floor and the other two are on the first floor.
In addition, there are two renovated bathrooms. One on the ground floor with a hydromassage shower. The other is on the first floor and has a bathroom with a shower.
The property has capacity for six people and has air conditioning, it has been renovated with first-class materials.
In the small house adjacent to the main house, you will find a dining room with a barbecue and an integrated kitchen, the area offers even more space for fun afternoons with family or friends.
The comfortable sun loungers and the pool invite you to spend a relaxing moment with stunning views.

Wir waren nun schon das 3. Mal auf dieser Finca und wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren. Die Finca ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sehr netter Kontakt auch mit Mallorcacharme und auch mit dem Vermieter.

This traditional rustic two-storey house is located in the countryside, just 10 minutes by car from the city of Inca, which offers a large number of commercial areas and where you can find good leather and shoe factories and shops. On the other hand, it is 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of C'an Picafort.
The property consists of three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and there are two more bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area leads to a very comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player.
From the kitchen, you can also access a large terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of orange groves, adjacent villages, and even the Serra de Tramuntana. On the terrace, you will find a practical stone barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious dishes, and you can enjoy eating with wonderful views.
