On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and a fully equipped, spacious and bright kitchen along with the dining room. In addition to a small toilet.
It stands out for being a new construction and for the great quality of all the accommodations.
The outdoor area is not left behind, there is a terrace, fenced pool, sun loungers, barbecue, very comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful garden with a pleasant terrace to enjoy good weather, company and spectacular views.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity, air conditioning and heating according to consumption (€0.30/kW)

Leider war die Finca bei unserer Ankunft nicht sehr sauber. Insbesondere in den Bäder im OG und unter den Betten. Dort hat das Housekeeping gespart. Auch das Geschirr hat lieber noch eine Runde im Geschirrspühler gedreht. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und die Finca ist in einem, dem Alter entsprechenden, ordentlichen Zustand. Der Pool wird wohl nächstes Jahr saniert, aber die Paar Fliesen die sich hier und da lösen sind kein großes Problem.

Large villa in the north of the island, very well equipped, ideal for relaxing in summer or winter.
The house has two different levels, on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen in an open concept with a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, also on the same level you will find a bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor, we first arrive at a comfortable living area, from here, there are three other bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has been lovingly furnished.

Precious Mallorcan estate with garden and swimming pool.
The farm is located on the outskirts of Muro, far from mass tourism. Here you can find peace and relaxation. This property will offer you pure relaxation.
The entire area has a size of 5000 square metres. The large swimming pool on the ground floor immediately catches the eye, as do the comfortable loungers, which are placed directly beside it.
In a habitable area of 200 m2, this property has capacity for 8 people. The spacious living/dining room is very well furnished and offers satellite television and Internet/WLan.
In the fully equipped American kitchen, delicious meals can be prepared.
The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms, 1 en suite. For the winter months, a cosy pellet stove is available.
On the covered terrace you can eat outdoors. Enjoy a barbecue with fresh products from the weekly market and enjoy good Mediterranean cuisine.
