Set in a beautiful garden plot, this modern holiday home is just a few minutes from the sandy beach of Cala Murada.
The single storey house has 120 sqm of living space and can accommodate 4 people. It is fully equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
There is a very well equipped, large kitchen with dining area, from here you have access to the terrace and garden. It leads into the spacious living room with sofa and fireplace, everything is flooded with light, bright and friendly. The equipment is high quality and tasteful.
The bedrooms are spacious, one of them has its own bathroom en suite. One bedroom has a wide double bed of 180 x 200 cm, the other has two single beds of 100 x 200 cm. There are 2 bathrooms with rainforest shower.
Parties not allowed
The private pool measures 4 m x 8 m, 1.60 - 2.00 m deep, with stairs. It contains natural salt water and is purified without any chlorine.
