    Sion is a charming rural estate with a private pool, located in an isolated and peaceful area of Binissalem, in the heart of Mallorca. With a total area of 14,500 m², this property offers privacy, spaciousness, and an ideal natural setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It can accommodate 6 guests and combines modern comfort with authentic Mallorcan style.

    The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. In total, it has 4 bathrooms: 2 with shower, 1 with bathtub and shower, and 1 courtesy toilet.
    The living-dining room is spacious and bright, equipped with satellite television and all the necessary amenities for relaxation. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook and enjoy a worry-free stay.
