This pretty villa is set amidst well maintained gardens in an area between Pollensa and Port Pollensa with the nearest beach only 10 minutes drive away. This relaxed and airy house is very suitable for guests wanting to know the flavour of the real Mallorcan life combined with modern amenities.The interior is very well furnished and lovingly cared for by the owners. The entrance doors lead into the spacious dining/lounge area with large dining table, chairs and TV. From the living/dining area there is also access to the fitted kitchen totally equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.The villa sleeps 4 people. There are 1 double bedrooms, with en suite bathroom and 2 single beds upstairs in a gallery area. There is also 1 full bathroom downstairs. Outside is the impressive garden which offers sunbathing and space to relax on the terraces. With a seating area, 2 dining areas, a feature pond and views across the Mallorcan countryside this is a fantastic place to truly unwind. There is also a BBQ at your disposal to enjoy al fresco dining.

The house, of 110 m² with a rustic and charming character, offers great privacy and views of the mountain and garden. It is located in an ideal area for children and in the residential complex.
A living room with rustic stone walls, a sofa bed and a fireplace, an independent kitchen with ceramic hob, a full bathroom and two bedrooms form the ground floor of the main house. The kitchen and living room have direct access to the terrace, with its beautiful corners with flowers, shadows and tables to enjoy the calm. A barbecue area and another room with a bathroom, annexed to the main house, complete the accommodation.
The annexed room has air conditioning/heat pump.
The plot is fully fenced.
A large swimming pool and spacious gardens and terraces with porches and sun loungers are waiting for you!

IMPORTANT:
