Description
Cas Carello is a country house for 12 people located in Alcanada, one of the most prestigious areas in the northern region, near the Alcanada Golf Club and the coves with calm waters. A house at a great height from where one can observe privileged views of the island's nature and the coast with blue waters.
The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years old. Except for families with children.
The two-storey house boasts a swimming pool with sunbeds for tanning in summer, as well as several terraces where the family can gather to eat and chat.
In a Mediterranean style, its decoration is well-maintained and contemporary; in the common areas, which are very modern, we find several dining rooms with a fireplace, bright and with access to the terrace. Sat TV and free WiFi
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, appliances, and a table for working or having breakfast with the family.
On the ground floor we find 3 bedrooms and on the 1st floor, which is reached by an exterior staircase, there are another 3 bedrooms.
This property has air conditioning in the living room of both floors and in the main bedroom on the first floor. Fans are also provided.
A house to enjoy family holidays in a quiet and privileged area of the island.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity according to consumption. (0.41 Eur/kW)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Lovely villa with plenty of space if more than one family would like to holiday together. The kids were delighted with the size of the pool. Location was great, only a 15 walk to the port and a few lovely local restaurants closer by.

A Welcome Book would have been really handy. It took us a long time to figure out where outdoor light switches were. A taxi number, few restaurant recommendations or bit of information about things to see in the area would have been great. The pool gsee more

Es una gran casa a la que le falta mantenimiento. A nuestra llegada la mitad de los aires acondicionados no funcionaban así como una luz de la terraza y seguían sin funcionar al salir estuvimos un día y medio (de los 7 de nuestra estancia) sin agua caliente, el fondo de la piscina estaba lleno de arena, churretones de óxido en la bañera y lavabos, cristalería insuficiente para 12 personas, no había gel de baño ni una triste botella de agua. Hemos pagado un dineral por una casa que no ha reunido las expectativas contratadas y por la que hemos tenido que perder horas de nuestras vacaciones por estar pendientes de reclamaciones que en su mayoría no han sido atendidas
Es una gran casa bien ubicada en la que como saben que estará alquilada de cualquier manera y por unos precios elevados, no cuidan ni el mantenimiento de la misma ni al cliente. Viajamos asiduamente y es la primera vez que nos encontramos sin un kid de bienvenida con al menos un gel de baño o de manos para el primer día y para colmo hemos pagado por adelantado 28 € diarios de electricidad (196 € en total por 7 días) que ni por asomo hemos consumido |

Respecto a los aires acondicionados, un agente visitó la casa para avisar y un técnico acudió para revisarlos y también para arreglar la luz de la terraza. En cuanto al consumo eléctrico, tal y como se indica claramente en el anuncio, se cobra un importe fijo para que los huéspedes se despreocupen y para cubrir los importantes gastos habituales en alquileres vacacionales. El problema del agua caliente fue un corte puntual en la zona fuera de nuestro control, pero entendemos lo molesto que fue. En cuanto a la piscina y las manchas, nos esforzamos por mantener todo en buen estado y tomaremos nota para reforzar la limpieza. Sobre el menaje y productos de bienvenida, la casa se entrega limpia y equipada tal como se muestra en las fotos sin embargo, agradecemos la sugerencia para mejorar en este aspecto. Valoramos mucho a nuestros clientes y trabajamos para que la experiencia sea positiva. Esperamos poder recibirlos nuevamente y ofrecerles una mejor experiencia.
