The accommodation has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. It also has 2 full bathrooms and 1 toilet inside, as well as a third full bathroom located outside, next to the swimming pool, especially practical during the summer days.

Inside we find a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and various details that preserve the rustic and traditional character of Majorcan houses. The property also has air conditioning, providing greater comfort during the warmer months.

The outdoor area is one of the great attractions of the property. Its private swimming pool invites you to cool off and relax during the summer days, whilst the covered and shaded porch offers a pleasant space to shelter from the sun and peacefully enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The house also has private parking with capacity for up to 3 vehicles, providing convenience especially for those guests who want to explore the island by car.

💡 Important note on the use of air conditioning and heating:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of air conditioning and heating is not included in the accommodation price.

The consumption of air conditioning will be billed according to the actual consumption recorded during the stay, at a rate of €0.32/kWh, and must be paid at the end of the stay. On the other hand, heating will cost €20 per night.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
