This restored 19th century house offers the comfort of a modern house as well as the charm of its classic Majorcan architecture. The huge central area of the house is a real eye-catcher; here you will find all the common rooms of the house, such as the dining room, the kitchen or the living room. The more than 150 square metres are divided in two by three spectacular arches and give this house its uniqueness and particulary.
This beautiful house is located on the grounds of the Finca de Sant Josep, one of the largest lands in Manacor that used to cover an area of more than 900 hectares. It is located between the villages of Porto Colom - one of the most beautiful natural harbours of Mallorca - and Portocristo, famous for its natural caves, such as the Cuevas del Drach and the Cuevas des Hams.
Two of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in the southeast of Mallorca, Cala Varques and Cala Magraner, can be reached by walking from the house in only 30 minutes. It is also close to the beach of Cala Murada, with its recommended beach bar, where you can enjoy the best music and food of the area. Other beaches a few kilometres away are Calas de Mallorca, Cala Romántica or Cala Mandia.
Passionate golfers can practice their hobby at the Vall d'Or golf course, located just 12 kilometres away. If you like cycling, you should take advantage of the good connection to the road, which is one of the most popular and frequented cycling routes in Majorca.

Beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom stone house located on a hill near the village Son Macià, between Felanitx and Manacor. Upon entering the house through a charming front door, you find yourself in the foyer with a staircase leading to a beautiful living-dining room. It is furnished with oak-colored furniture, a large dining table, a seating area in front of the fireplace, and a television. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, and kitchenware. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom with a shower. Also on the same floor, there is a guest toilet The upper floor features two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and a large terrace shared by both rooms. From the kitchen, you have access to the back of the house, there is a lovely garden and a spacious covered terrace with a dining table. Additionally, there is a lawn area around the pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, and another terrace table—ideal for spending the day outdoors. A large rural house with a typically Mallorcan aspect, but which contains within it all the features of a modern house with up to date amenities. It offers the tranquillity of a countryside location yet is just minutes from the incredible beaches of Manacor, also very close to the centres of Manacor and Felanitx. The house has 4 bedrooms, each with two beds. These can be used as single or double beds, thus the house can accommodate 8 people. There are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the other two with shower. In the common area there is a spare bed. The house comprises 199 m² of accommodation, surrounded by garden. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the large private swimming pool. There are 15 m² of terrace with barbecue, table and deck chairs so guests can enjoy the house’s external areas. The plot has a perimeter fence to maintain privacy. All the areas are spacious and light and enjoy unobstructed views. For leisure or work purposes, the house benefits from access to the Internet (Wifi) and there is central heating to keep the house warm during the winter period. The kitchen is American-style and very spacious, with a modern glass table, a glass ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils, cafetiere, fryer, toaster, kettle and juicer. There is parking outside the house which is located within the premises of the property itself. The amenities also include: 4 fans, 1 television, satellite TV (languages: Spanish, English and German), iron and dryer. Dog allowed with a deposit.
