Alcudia - Chalet

Sa marina is a beautifully decorated house with private swimming pool only 100 metres from the sea.
Set in a quiet residential area one minutes walk to the beach, Sa Marina is the ideal choice for those looking for a property with peaceful surrounding yet close enough to shops, bars and restuarants in Puerto Pollensa.
Entering the house there is a large dining kitchen with all of the equipment that you would expect along with a dining table and chairs and TV area. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC.
The large living room has patio doors which flood the room with light and offer views to the terrace and pool. There is a TV, Wifi and large comfortable sofas. Here there is another dining table to seat 6 people Stairs lead up to the first floor.
Sa Marina has 3 bedrooms all thoughtfully designed, two doubles and one twin.
One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, private terrace with sea views and ample wardrobe space. There is a twin bedroom also on this level again with ample wardrobe space and views to the pool. The family bathroom has shower over bathtub.
On the second floor there is a spacious double bedroom, this bedroom has a private terrace. with views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa and the distant Tramuntana mountains. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside to the rear of the property there is a covered terrace, swimming pool surrounded by a decked sunbathing area and large brick built barbecue.

Villa Paraíso is a magnificent house with a swimming pool in Alcudia, it has been completely renovated in 2020, with capacity for 6 adults + 2 visiting children.

The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years old. Except for families with children.

Alcudia is a town located on a peninsula in the north of the island, surrounded by the sea between Pollensa Bay and Alcudia Bay; the most extensive beach in Mallorca. Alcudia is situated between the Albufera nature reserve and the Sa Victoria mountains. In Puerto de Alcudia, we will find many restaurants, shops, leisure activities, and water sports.

Paradise has 3 bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds, while the third has one double bed and two single beds. In the house, there are a total of 3 bathrooms, all equipped with a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your holidays. The dining room, with a rustic style, has satellite television and all the amenities.

On the splendid furnished terrace, we can prepare a barbecue, and then relax in the spacious lawn area after taking a swim in the pool.
