It has a living area of 120 m². Spacious living/dining room with a spacious dining table, as well as TV and WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen.
The house has 3 charming double rooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. There is also 1 toilet on the ground floor.
Outside there is a 40 m2 covered terrace and a 2,000 m2 garden with lawn, as well as an old grove, which on hot days offers a pleasant shade.
There is also a barbecue available.

A beautiful villa near Alcudia and a great base for getting around the North of the island. The location is lovely, a very short drive20 minute walk to two small, but lovely beaches. Parking near the beaches is near-impossible through the day, but thsee more
A beautiful villa near Alcudia and a great base for getting around the North of the island. The location is lovely, a very short drive20 minute walk to two small, but lovely beaches. Parking near the beaches is near-impossible through the day, but the walk is quite steep and doesn't offer any shade when it's very hot like it was in early September, so we ended up heading to the beach in the evening. There are supermarkets nearby and a couple of decent restaurants and a little shop near the marina, although again only 'walking distance' if it's cool enough! The neighbourhood is residential, and would have been quite quiet except that the family in the house opposite were pretty noisy and a had a habit of playing loud music / shouting at their Alexa. Luckily that quietened down during the week. The house itself is spacious and equipped with everything you need: a decently stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, comfy sofas and a decent dining space both inside and out on the terrace. The furnishing/decor in the kitchen and bedrooms is a little basic/dated, but the main bedroom in particular has a very comfortable bed. It was very hot when we arrived and the house needed a bit of airing, but the aircon worked very well to keep things cool. The outside space is lovely, with a good amount of shade from the trees as well as a few spots that get the sun (there's also a terrace upstairs that gets direct sun, although there's nowhere to sit up there). The wrap-around terrace was lovely, and we really enjoyed eating out there but beware: when we stayed in September the mosquitos were vicious! I would recommend getting some strong repellent if you want to sit outside past 6PM. One thing did put a dampener on our stay: the hot water wasn't working for the first day and a half and, as we arrived at the weekend, we weren't able to get in touch with the Mallorca Charme Home Rentals until the Monday. However, once we did establish contact they fixed it pretty quickly (even though it looks like it required a new water cylinder). All in all would recommend as a place with lots of space in a nice location. Just bring mozzy spray and check the hot water as soon as you get in!

L’extérieur de la maison est vraiment très agréable (terrasse couverte, jardin, table extérieure, transats, rocking chair…). Base idéale pour découvrir toutes les régions de l’île avec un véhicule. Les équipes de Mallorca Charme sont réactives en cas de problème.

With ample space to comfortably host up to 6-7 guests, the house provided the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation with friends and family.As we visited during April, the nights tended to be a bit chilly. However, the house was equipped with an efficient heating system that kept us cozy and warm throughout our stay.One of the highlights was the peaceful and quiet surroundings, which was precisely what we were seeking.

Sentim que l'incident amb l'aigua entelés la seva experiència, per a nosaltres ha estat un plaer tenir-los com a hostes, i els desitgem el millor.

No hay todo lo que pone que hay. Falta exprimidor, la BBQ no sirve mucho, parece de juguete, demasiado pequeña. Escalera hacia arriba medio rota. En los baños falta sistema que realmente impide salir agua y algun tipo de estanteria para poder colocarsee more

Wir konnten leider den Außenbereich, Terrasse und Garten, kaum nutzen da es unglaublich viele Mücken gab die uns gleich zerstochen haben. Drinnen roch es muffig und feucht und nach Toilette. Für kleine Kinder sehr ungeeignet. Private Gastgeber könnensee more

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette jolie maison. Le jardin est très agréable et permet d’être aussi bien au soleil qu’à l’ombre. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme et à seulement 2 km de la ville . La petite supérette et les quelques restaurants voisins permettent de poser la voiture et de faire des choses à pied. La maison était propre et la communication très facile . Le seul regret est le manque de fournitures ! Si je peux donner un conseil au propriétaire: acheter de nouveaux transats avec de nouveaux matelas ( ils sont presque tous cassés et très inconfortables) , de la vaisselle: verre à vin , verres à eau , couverts, toaster, … et la maison sera parfaite ! Encore merci pour cette agréable séjour!

Es gab einen felsigen Strand, der ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß ging, sehr ruhig.
Nachts war das Abendessen auf der Terrasse das Beste für uns.
Es ist 5 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Alcudia entfernt, ganz in der Nähe gab es schönsee more

Sauberes Haus, saubere Terrasse, obwohl, wenn es windig war, es sofort mit Blättern gefüllt war, wir hatten Probleme mit dem Wasser, die sofort von der Agentur gelöst wurden.

Sa marina is a beautifully decorated house with private swimming pool only 100 metres from the sea. Set in a quiet residential area one minutes walk to the beach, Sa Marina is the ideal choice for those looking for a property with peaceful surrounding yet close enough to shops, bars and restuarants in Puerto Pollensa. Entering the house there is a large dining kitchen with all of the equipment that you would expect along with a dining table and chairs and TV area. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC. The large living room has patio doors which flood the room with light and offer views to the terrace and pool. There is a TV, Wifi and large comfortable sofas. Here there is another dining table to seat 6 people Stairs lead up to the first floor. Sa Marina has 3 bedrooms all thoughtfully designed, two doubles and one twin. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, private terrace with sea views and ample wardrobe space. There is a twin bedroom also on this level again with ample wardrobe space and views to the pool. The family bathroom has shower over bathtub. On the second floor there is a spacious double bedroom, this bedroom has a private terrace. with views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa and the distant Tramuntana mountains. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. "Villa Paraíso" is a magnificent house with a pool in Alcudia, it has been completely renovated in 2020, with capacity for 6 adults + 2 visiting children. The accommodation does not accept groups of adolescents or young people under 30 years of age. Except families with children. beach 700m Supermarket 500m ATM 300m weekly market 300m golf 4km Hospital 7km Alcudia is a town located on a peninsula in the north of the island, surrounded by the sea between the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia; the longest beach in Majorca. Alcudia is located between the Albufera nature reserve and the “Sa Victoria” mountains. In Puerto de Alcudia we will find many restaurants, shops, entertainment, and water sports. "Paraíso" has 3 bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds, while the third one has a double bed and two singles. In the house there are a total of 3 bathrooms, all equipped with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your vacation. The rustic-style dining room has satellite TV and all the comforts. On the wonderful furnished terrace we can prepare a barbecue, and then relax on the large grassy area after taking a dip in the pool.
