Es fehlt definitiv ein Ganzkörperspiegel (zB neben der Wohnungstür anbringen). Man kann sich sonst mit 4 Mädchen nicht fertig machen, schminken etc. Ausserdem könnten Klopapier, Alufolie etc in der Wohnung belassen werden vom Vormieter. Wir haben allsee more

Pine Beach is a cosy apartment located in Port d'Alcudia, a short walk from the wonderful Alcúdia bay, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as being close to clubs and leisure areas.
Pine Beach is the ideal home to move around the north of the island and enjoy the summer with family or friends.
The house has capacity for 4 people with its three bedrooms. The first has two single beds, the second has a bunk bed for two and the third has a double bed.
It is equipped with a fantastic and modern separate kitchen that has everything necessary to prepare its best recipes. The living room with air conditioning is a bright and airy space, perfect for enjoying the summer breeze. It has a television area with a sofa and an indoor dining space.
Outside we will enjoy the terrace with an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying a summer dinner in company.
There is free parking availability in front of the house.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A charge of 0.35E/kWh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid in cash to the owner at the end of the stay.
