    Situated on the first floor of a residencial building with no elevator, this apartment offers a comfortable living space with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. Step outside to the communal garden area, where you can rinse off under the outdoor shower before taking a dip in the shared chlorine pool. Measuring an impressive 10 x 5 meters and boasting a depth between 1 to 1.75 meters, the pool is the perfect spot to cool off and soak up the sun.

    As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living area, complete with air conditioning to keep you cool on warm summer days. Sink into the plush sofa and unwind in front of the TV with satellite channels, or stay connected with loved ones back home using the complimentary Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or sharing vacation snapshots. Adjacent to the living area is a charming dining space where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Whip up your favorite recipes with ease, thanks to amenities such as a gas cooker, hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils.

    After a day of exploration, retreat to one of the two inviting bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and offers access to the balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee while admiring views of the inviting outdoor pool. The second bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for children or additional guests, and both rooms include ample closet space to store your belongings. If you're traveling with little ones, a cot and high chair are available upon request. When it's time to freshen up, you'll find a modern bathroom with all the essentials, including a convenient washing machine for your laundry needs.
    Please note that this apartment is located on the first floor and does not have an elevator, so guests should be comfortable with stairs. Additionally, ironing facilities are available for your convenience.

    One of the main attractions of Puerto de Pollença is its beautiful beaches. The main beach, Playa de Pollença, offers soft golden sands and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, sunbathing and water sports. For a quieter atmosphere, head to Cala Sant Vicenç or explore the secluded coves along the coastline. Don't miss the opportunity to take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Climb the steps to the scenic viewpoint of El Calvari to enjoy panoramic vistas of the town and coastline, or hike to the nearby Cap de Formentor for stunning vistas of the rugged cliffs and azure sea. Enjoy tapas at the square or delight yourself with one of the local wines or hierbas, a tasty herbal liqueur. A car isn't necessary as you can move by foot or bus.

    Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. You’ll receive a link before arrival to register all guests.

    There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season (May-October) and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season (Nov-April). During the low season, it reduces by half from the 9th night.

    The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.

      This bright and spacy apartment for 6 people in Puerto de Pollença is situated less than 100 meters from the sand beach and offers 20 m2 private balcony.

      Port de Pollensa is a vivid resort situated in the northern Mallorca. It´s long sandy beach and wide array of excellent restaurants and cafes, attracts families and everybody else who wishes to enjoy sun, sand, and the sea during their stay at Mallorca. The bay of Port de Pollensa is lined with pine and palm trees and offers attractive scenery also for cyclists, which are a commun view on the winding road towards to the one of the highlights of the island, the natural paradise of the Formentor peninsula. Due to its location, Port de Pollensa is also an excellent choise for those who wish to explore the beautiful hiking trails in Tramuntana mountains, just one hour drive from the town.

      Puerto de Pollença is a family friendly place, between the mountains and the Mediterranean sea. Nearby, there are many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars - everything you may need during your stay. The fine grained sand beach offers sun loungers and parasol rental and there are some beach bars, perfect for having a cocktail in the evening. The old town of Pollença is famous for its cobbled alleys, the Calvari and Pont Romà bridge. Especially during the low season, you can make nice excursions in the Tramuntana mountains, for example Cala Bóquer, Formentor or to the monastery of Lluc. You can take the bus towards Puerto de Alcúdia, Formentor, Alcúdia and Pollença old town.

      The space

      The apartment is situated on the first floor of the apartment building with the vicinity of the neighbours. It has a private 20m2 equipped balcony, where you you can enjoy dinner al frenco after a sunny day on the beach. The living-dining room has A/C and access to the open kitchen. The living area offers a Tv with satellite channels. If you fancy cooking, there’s a well equipped kitchen with induction stove with electric oven, a Nespresso machine and a microwave. You can choose between 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 twin beds and one with the bunk bed. Two shower bathrooms and a washing machine with the iroing board complete the equipment. We can supply a cot and a high chair on request.

      To consider

      There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years.
