Description
The whole apartment is only for our guests. The pool and garden are communal.
YourHouse team is happy to help you with everything you may need. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekends and holidays from 08 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, we have an emergency phone that is operational 24 hours.
The ground floor is part of a complex in Son Bauló, a quiet and familiar neighborhood of Can Picafort. On the beach you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, or take a walk on the seafront with many restaurants and bars. There are many dream beaches in the north; among them Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor. In winter, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling or playing golf in Alcanada. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the bus station are nearby.
A car is not necessary.
To consider:
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist fee, called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest from 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. As of the ninth night, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa and the other supplements will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. Such payment is mandatory.
The security cameras are not working while there are guests in the apartment.
Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of the DNI's or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigeren Ecke von Can Picafort, sodass man morgens beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse auch die Vögel zwitschern hören kann. Die abendlichen Veranstaltungen in den naheligenden Hotels kommen glücklicherweise nur gedämpft an, ideal also für Ruhesuchende. Es ist bis auf das Badezimmer und die Dusche ausreichend groß und die Klimanlage neuerer Bauart verrichtet ihren Dienst hervorragend. Überhaupt ist das Apartment liebevoll eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich gut mit allen nützlichen Utensilien ausgestattet, sodass man sich problemlos selbst versorgen kann, ohne z.B. Gewürze, Messer oder Geschirr mitbringen bzw. hinzukaufen zu müssen. Selbst im Kühlschrank fanden sich beim Einzug diverse Getränke, wobei nicht klar war, ob diese bewusst als Willkommensgeschenk platziert wurden oder einfach nur von den Vormietern zurückgelassen wurden. Auch waren die vorhandene Wasch- und Spülmaschine sehr willkommen und erleichterten den Aufenthalt. Man findet dort sogar immer wieder Dinge, die man in einer Ferienwohnung gar nicht erwartet. Insgesamt wirkt das Apartment, als ob es eine Privatwohnung ist, von der die eigentlichen Bewohner nur mal kurz verreist sind...

Die aufgezogene Bettwäsche wirkte, als hätte schon mal jemand darin geschlafen und hatte ein paar dubiose Flecke, sodass wir sie am ersten Abend noch ausgetauscht haben. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber. Beim Duschen bildet sich auf dem Badezimmerbodesee more

Vielleicht sollte man die ganze Konstruktion mal auf Lecks überprüfen.

The apartment is on the first floor. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room and is optimally prepared with 48 sqm. There is a bathroom with shower, an open kitchen and a cosy living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, TV, music system and WiFi. The apartment is equipped with modern furniture.
Outside there is a nice sitting area for socializing. In the residential complex there is a 4x8m pool for all residents of the apartments.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.

The village of Can Picafort is in the north of Majorca and it is famous for the nice beach, the good restaurants and lots of leisure activities. During summer, you can enjoy a beach holiday and many beach cafés invite you to enjoy a drink with sea views. During the low season, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, playing golf or make different excursions. The beach of Playa de Muro is fine grained and golden and family friendly.
The apartments are perfect for 2 guests and consist of 1 twin bedroom, a living-dining area, a kitchen with basic equipment including a coffee machine and a kettle, a bathroom, and a washing machine. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair on request. You can start your day with a large breakfast in the dining room with sea views. There’s air conditioning in the living area and central heating for the winter.
