With a surface area of 75 m² and capacity for up to 4 people, this accommodation is ideal for families, couples or small groups looking for a relaxing seaside holiday, with all services within reach.
The apartment has a bright living-dining room with an open kitchen and American bar, a comfortable and functional space from which you can enjoy magnificent sea views. The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed with two beds, perfect for the little ones or for sharing.
One of the great features of the property is its private balcony, a privileged corner for having breakfast facing the sea, relaxing with a drink at sunset or simply contemplating the landscape. Furthermore, all the rooms enjoy sea views, providing an extraordinary sense of light, spaciousness and wellbeing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to feel at home. It also has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, high-speed WiFi connection, television, heating via electric radiators and three fans to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.
The location is simply unbeatable. The sandy beach of Can Picafort is just 5 metres away, allowing you to access the sea in a matter of seconds. In the surrounding area you will find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shops and public transport, so you won't need to use your car during your stay.

Can Picafort is located at the north of Mallorca and it is famous for the fine sand beaches, leisure and restoration huge suggestions. During the summer, it is an animated site with many bars along the promenade. You can do water sports, rent hammocks and parasols or have a picnic on the beach. On the low season, it is a tranquil zone, you can practice hiking, or visit Alcudia’s and Pollença’s old town, or playing golf al Alcanada’s golf field. Along the promenade there are several playgrounds and every Friday there is an opened market.
A car is not necessary as everything is in walking distance.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.

The village of Can Picafort is in the north of Majorca and it is famous for the nice beach, the good restaurants and lots of leisure activities. During summer, you can enjoy a beach holiday and many beach cafés invite you to enjoy a drink with sea views. During the low season, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, playing golf or make different excursions. The beach of Playa de Muro is fine grained and golden and family friendly. A car isn’t necessary as all important services are nearby and can be reached by foot.
The apartments are perfect for 4 guests and consist of 2 twin bedrooms, a living-dining area, a kitchen with basic equipment including a coffee machine and a kettle, a bathroom, and a washing machine. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair on request. You can start your day with a large breakfast in the dining room with sea views. There’s air conditioning in the living area and free Wifi. The shared sun terrace is on the top floor and has amazing sea views.

The photos are sample images. The apartments have the same equipment and views, but the color of the furniture and the decoration may vary. We cannot guarantee a specific floor; it may be either the first or second floor.
