This cosy 75 m² apartment, located on the fifth floor with a lift, is situated on the first line of the Can Picafort seafront and offers spectacular views of Alcúdia Bay and the mountain. With capacity for up to 4 people, it is the ideal accommodation to enjoy a holiday by the sea with family or friends.
The property features a bright living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and bar, from where you can contemplate the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed of 135 cm and another with a single bed of 90 cm and a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds, perfect for families. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
One of the great attractions of the apartment is its private balcony with stunning sea views, from where you can relax while enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. Additionally, the sea can be seen from all rooms, which provides a unique sense of spaciousness and luminosity.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware. It also has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, WiFi connection, television, heating with electric radiators and three fans for greater comfort throughout the year.
The apartment is located in an unbeatable location, just 5 metres from the sandy beach of Can Picafort and surrounded by all services: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and public transport just steps away. Additionally, it is close to points of interest such as the S'Albufera Natural Park, the virgin beach of Son Serra de Marina, the Hidropark of Alcúdia or the Alcanada golf course.
A perfect place to enjoy the sea, nature and the Mediterranean atmosphere in one of the liveliest areas of northern Mallorca.

Can Picafort is located at the north of Mallorca and it is famous for the fine sand beaches, leisure and restoration huge suggestions. During the summer, it is an animated site with many bars along the promenade. You can do water sports, rent hammocks and parasols or have a picnic on the beach. On the low season, it is a tranquil zone, you can practice hiking, or visit Alcudia’s and Pollença’s old town, or playing golf al Alcanada’s golf field. Along the promenade there are several playgrounds and every Friday there is an opened market.
A car is not necessary as everything is in walking distance.

The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night.

The village of Can Picafort is in the north of Majorca and it is famous for the nice beach, the good restaurants and lots of leisure activities. During summer, you can enjoy a beach holiday and many beach cafés invite you to enjoy a drink with sea views. During the low season, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, playing golf or make different excursions. The beach of Playa de Muro is fine grained and golden and family friendly. A car isn’t necessary as all important services are nearby and can be reached by foot.
The apartments are perfect for 4 guests and consist of 2 twin bedrooms, a living-dining area, a kitchen with basic equipment including a coffee machine and a kettle, a bathroom, and a washing machine. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair on request. You can start your day with a large breakfast in the dining room with sea views. There’s air conditioning in the living area and free Wifi. The shared sun terrace is on the top floor and has amazing sea views.
