The location was excellent. Right on the beach with great views, miles of sandy well kept beaches. Access to the property was easy once we had found the building. Communication was quick when questions were asked. Apartment had all the basics requiresee more

Communication was quick when questions were asked. Apartment had all the basics required. Lots of towels etc provided. Pool area very clean with plenty of dinners right overlooking the beach. Good value for money.

The outdoor picture is deceiving as you aren’t actually in the group of buildings where the pool is. The building is across a very busy public walkway that you need to go across to access the pool. I asked about the building location when I was sent see more
The outdoor picture is deceiving as you aren’t actually in the group of buildings where the pool is. The building is across a very busy public walkway that you need to go across to access the pool. I asked about the building location when I was sent directions and was advised that the photo I had sent them (the building we ended up in) and wasn’t correct and we are in the building in the picture. When we arrived at 1130 at night and walked around for 10 minutes before realising that I was correct and was told the wrong information as to where the building was so this was frustrating. I did query this and was simply told ‘we didn’t say the apartment overlooked the pool’ which wasn’t really what I asked. Due to Ironman being the week we were there the walkway was closed so it was a long way round to get to the pool along a road packed with people - not very dignified in your swimming gear. Also be aware the pool does not allow balls or any inflatables. The room could have been cleaner on arrival and some of the plug sockets are broken and only 1 air con controller worked.

This first floor apartment is situated in the romantic oldtown of Alcudia, with all you might need at walking distance.
The apartment counts with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunkbed) and a bathroom with a showertub. There is a big roofterrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining, and there is also a balcony next to the kitchen, to enjoy an appetizer during cooking.
The apartment is comfortably decorated, with modern furniture, sofa, television and air conditioning, as well as a dining room for 4 persons.
The house is prepared for 3 persons, wih the possibility to sleep up to 4 (one extra person in the bunkbed). For a baby up to 2 years we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair without any additional cost (please, advise us at time of booking).
The oldtown of Alcudia, with its carfree streets, surrounded by the old roman city wall, has lots of restaurants and shops. The long, white, sandy beach of Alcudia is less than 2km away and there are some quieter, small coves at 1,2km, like Morer Vermell, all at walking distance.
Special hiking activities we recommend include, for example, the cove of Coll Baix or the top of Talaia de La Victoria, with the stony beach of s’Illot de La Victoria. Nearby there also is a waterslide-park, Hidropark, and the golf course of Aucanada.
