Villa Coster del Puig se encuentra en una magnífica ubicación a las faldas de la montaña Puig de Maria, accesible por un camino de delante de la plaza del monumento, junto a la carretera de Pollensa. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares sobre el pueblo de Pollença y del montañas de la Sierra de Tramuntana situadas justo detrás. Es una casa de campo mallorquina de construcción tradicional hecha de piedra de la zona, con un estilo moderno. En el interior las paredes son blancas, baldosas de terracota, techos con vigas, y una magnifica iluminación. Cuenta con sala de estar, comedor y cocina en la misma planta abierta. El salón cuenta con cómodos sofás, muebles de madera oscura y una estufa tradicional mallorquina. Las puertas dobles del patio con salida a la terraza. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos, incluyendo lavavajillas y microondas. También hay una despensa con un montón de espacio de almacenamiento. Los dos dormitorios están muy bien amueblado con muebles antiguos, y tienen vistas a los jardines. Estas habitaciones comparten un cuarto de baño con bañera y ducha. Una terraza cubierta de parras corre a lo largo del lado del salón de la casa, con una mesa y bancos. Hay maravillosas vistas que contemplan el pueblo Pollença, los famosos 365 escalones Calvari y las montañas de la Sierra de Tramuntana.. Hay otra terraza en la parte delantera de la casa con una barbacoa incorporada y una zona de estar.

Die Finca ist super gelegen. Man hört zwar die Straße, aber das stört überhaupt nicht. Dafür ist man schnell im Ort. Die Finca war sauber und ordentlich und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Begrüßungspaket (Lappen, Spülmittel etc). Auch, dass einige Lebensmittel schon im Kühlschrank waren, war eine tolle Überraschung. Die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig getauscht und das Bad gereinigt. Ein wirklich großartiger Service, den wir gar nicht erwartet hatten.

As a family of 4, we have stayed at Coster del Puig on numerous occasions since around 2008 when our children were very small and we love everything about it!
The owners are lovely and the property is kept in pristine condition. Inside it has everything you need. This time we got to sample some wine from the owners vineyard which was very nice. Outside the garden is extremely well maintained as is the pool which has a lovely view towards Pollensa village and the Calvari steps in the background. Pollensa village is a short 2 minute walk away down a hill and if you want some exercise you can walk up the steep incline to Puig Maria with some amazing views out towards the bay. I would also highly recommend Nord Villas. They keep in contact with you before, during and after your stay to ensure everything is ok. Nothing is ever a problem. Thank you for another wonderful week relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life x |

Sogar Eier kann man beim Nachbar bekommen. Xisco und Magdalena sind außergewöhnlich gastfreundliche Vermieter und lösen kleine Problemchen sofort und professionell. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und auch mit Nordvillas gab es nie Probleme. Hier ist die außergewöhnliche Kulanz bzgl. Umbuchen während der Pandemie hervorzuheben! Danke für die tollen 4 Wochen.

The villa is peaceful and private yet a few minutes walk has you in the main square of Pollenca. The service from Nordvillas was excellent - we had a small issue with a leak under the kitchen sink and it was dealt with in under an hour. It was very hard to leave this wonderful place.

Vila Almondoi es una casa de campo mallorquina con unas espectaculares vistas sobre las montañas de los alrededores del pueblo de Pollensa.
Esta vivienda de 2 dormitorios está a solo unos minutos en coche del casco antiguo de Pollensa, mientras que las playas de Puerto Pollensa, la hermosa playa de Cala San Vicente y la de Playa de Alcudia se encuentran a pocos minutos en coche. Pollensa es un pueblo mallorquín con gran encanto, muy acogedor con sus excelentes restaurantes en la plaza del pueblo como el “Q11” y “U Plaça” y su conocido mercado dominical. Además, el pueblo tiene sus conocidas escaleras del Calvario, 365 escalones que nos llevaran a la parte más alta del pueblo donde podremos disfrutar de unas vistas inmejorables del pueblo y sus montañas de alrededor, así como de las playas de Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa y Puerto de Alcudia. El campo de golf de Pollensa se encuentra a pocos kilómetros de la casa.
La casa tiene una bonita zona ajardinada junto a su piscina de 7x3,5mts, siendo un lugar ideal para descansar y desconectar. También dispone de aire acondicionado/calefacción en los dos dormitorios, así como conexión gratuita a Internet vía Wi-Fi. Se llega a la propiedad a través de un camino privado, tras el cual hay un área de estacionamiento para un vehículo.
La casa consta de un salón y comedor con techo de vigas de madera que da a la propiedad un ambiente cálido y acogedor. El comedor da acceso directo a la terraza cubierta, con vistas a la piscina. La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas e incluso tiene una pequeña barra de desayuno con taburetes, idóneos para el café de la mañana!
La propiedad cuenta con 2 dormitorios, una habitación de matrimonio y una habitación doble, que comparten un baño. Tv Satelite, conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado calefacción, los cuales en línea con iniciativas locales de ahorro de energía, está programados para su uso de 17.30h a 19.30h y de 22.00h a 09:00h.
El jardín y el área de la piscina están delimitados por una hilera de cipreses que confieren privacidad. El jardín y la terraza ofrecen mucho espacio para disfrutar y tomar el sol, lo que hacen de esta propiedad un lugar ideal para relajarse.

Alojamiento para 4 personas. 1 dormitorio doble y 1 dormitorio con dos camas y con baño completo. Es una casa tradicional, sencilla, forrada de piedra con techos de vigas de madera. En la casa principal hay un salón / comedor abierto con una zona de piedra que es sala de estar con cojines, mesa de comedor y sillas para 4 personas, TV, DVD y estufa de leña. La cocina está completamente equipada con horno de gas / cocina, lavavajillas, nevera y microondas. Tiene un bonito jardín tranquilo con olivos. También tiene una zona de porche cubierto para comer y hacer barbacoas al aire libre. La piscina en forma de riñón con escalera romana y tumbonas. Piscina: 8m x 4m Profundidad 0.90m - 2.40m
