Here are six genuine ideas for filling your days with the perfect group plans.

A Private Catamaran in Palma Bay
Hiring a private catamaran is one of the few activities that works just as well for 10 people as it does for 30.
The boat is entirely yours. Nobody else comes aboard.
Trips usually last around five hours, with food and drinks included depending on the package you choose.
There are departures from Palma, as well as from areas such as Es Trenc and Cala Ratjada, so it is worth checking which departure point is closest to your accommodation.
Some catamarans in Mallorca can carry 200 or even 280 passengers, although a group of friends would normally book a medium-sized boat with capacity for between 15 and 40 people.
Swimming, food, music and sunshine throughout the afternoon, without having to follow anyone else’s timetable.
The Drach Caves, Including a Live Concert
Located in Porto Cristo, around 65 kilometres from Palma, the Drach Caves are one of those attractions that can surprise even people who have visited Mallorca several times.
The underground route stretches for more than two kilometres.
Inside is Lake Martel, one of the largest underground lakes in Europe, measuring 115 metres in length.
The guided tour ends with a classical music concert performed from boats sailing across the lake itself.
For a large group, the main issue to organise is transport to Porto Cristo.
Hiring a private group coach or coordinating several hire cars solves the problem without too much trouble. You can also combine the visit with lunch in the town, which is also known as the home of Rafa Nadal.
A Wine Route Through Binissalem
If your group is between 25 and 40 years old and enjoys wine as much as the beach, Binissalem is an essential stop.
It is around 25 minutes from Palma, in the heart of the island, and is home to Mallorca’s most important designation of origin for wine.
Wineries such as Binigrau, José L. Ferrer and Macià Batle organise guided tours with tastings, and several have spaces designed for private groups.
You can book a wine tasting with tapas, learn how local wine is made and finish the afternoon by putting your favourite bottles into your suitcase.
One honest warning: if the plan involves everyone drinking wine, someone in the group will need to stay sober and drive.
Better still, arrange return transport so that nobody has to worry about it.
Exploring the Serra de Tramuntana on Foot or by Jeep
Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Serra de Tramuntana combines mountains and coastline in the same landscape.
Mallorca is not just about beaches. Here you will find villages clinging to the rocks and routes that can be explored on foot or in an off-road vehicle.
The section between Deià and Sóller is one of the most popular walking routes. It requires a moderate level of effort, but the scenery makes every climb worthwhile.
For larger groups or groups including people with different fitness levels, private jeep tours can take you to viewpoints that ordinary cars cannot reach, accompanied by a guide who explains the history of each place along the way.
For something more relaxed, the Sóller train departs from Plaza de España in Palma and connects with a tram that reaches the port in just ten minutes.
Water Sports at Playa de Palma
For the most adrenaline-filled day of the trip, Playa de Palma offers almost every option in the same stretch of coastline.
Jet skiing, paddleboarding, parasailing and flyboarding are all available in the area.
Flyboarding, in particular, is one of the activities most frequently shared on social media because of how spectacular it looks to see someone flying above the water, propelled by powerful jets.
Sessions can be booked by the hour, and special group packages are often available, so check how many people can take part in each session before arriving.
It is not a problem if your group includes people who would rather stay on the beach.
Playa de Palma has plenty of beach bars where some members of the group can enjoy a drink overlooking the sea while the others take part in the activities.

With all these activities planned, where you sleep each night is what really makes the difference.
