The house is not far from the beach and offers a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Inside it is furnished with materials of the highest quality and with furniture by
modern design. The luxurious holiday home offers on a living space of 130 sqm three bedrooms on the upper floor and 2 luxurious bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. On the 2nd floor there is a guest toilet and a balcony. A fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious living/dining area are at your disposal.
The house is completely air-conditioned.
Outside there is a dining area, a barbecue area and a private terrace. Deckchairs are already available for you.
There is also a large balcony on the 1st floor and on the upper floor.

Note for large groups up to 12 persons: The identical neighbouring chalet can also be rented.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Haus mit einer sehr guten Lage. Das Haus hat Meerblick und liegt ca 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Zur Einkauspromenade in Can Picafort sind es ca. 500 Metter. Alles was man benötigt, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. see more
Sehr schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Haus mit einer sehr guten Lage. Das Haus hat Meerblick und liegt ca 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Zur Einkauspromenade in Can Picafort sind es ca. 500 Metter. Alles was man benötigt, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist neu und sehr modern.
