Buger is located between Campanet and Sa Pobla,\u00a0 in the north of Majorca , in the district Raiquer. It is surrounded by\u00a0 80 to 105 meters high hills, to the to the west, south and east followed by a plain .\u00a0Through this level flow of small Torrent de Can Llobina and the great Torrent de Massanella.<\/p>\n
With easy access to the motorway Palma is about\u00a0 30 minutes away and the beach of Alcudia is about\u00a0 20 minutes away.<\/p>\n
Buger features, although it is the smallest municipality on Majorca, a remarkable historical legacy.\u00a0The first human traces are left behind in the cave of Can Mossenya on the southern slopes of the Puig de Sa Mata Grossa. The talayotic by Rafal de Puig is another significant find from the prehistory of talaiotic culture.\u00a0During the Roman period the settlement was driven by the proximity to the Roman road Palma-Pollentia.<\/p>\n
